Historical Gem! Downtown Tulsa. Gorgeous boutique hotel with great customer service!!! When we checked in they upgraded our room since we had my mom traveling with us and 2 kids (boy/girl). The suite had a full kitchen, master bedroom, living area and Jack and Jill toilet space adjacent to the shower room!! Such a historical gem!! We chose this hotel because we are Tulsa King fans and this hotel was featured on the series!!

Terrible customer service! This hotel has rude staff and sub par accommodations. I recommend that you avoid this place. They will attempt to charge guests for services that were never rendered nor agreed upon. If you try to correct fraudulent charges, expect to be hung up on by the manager, Dimitri. Save yourself the trouble and stay at a real hotel.

Amazing historical hotel beautifully transformed My partner and I stayed here for 1 night whilst doing Route 66. The room was amazing, bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge. The shower was double size and there was a little kitchen area with fridge, microwave and sink. The hotel main areas were beautifully decorated. The valet parking was efficient and staff were relatively friendly. It was July 4th so unfortunately for us the rooftop area where we were so looking forward to having a drink was closed for a private party. We were very disappointed as even though we were hotel guests we were not allowed to go up and we were only at the hotel one night.

Rooftop not open 7 days a week - or for concerts We always stay at the Mayo when seeing a concert at the BOK Center and then go up to the rooftop bar- NO MORE. Concert was on a Tuesday night & they DO NOT have the rooftop bar open on Tuesday nights, not even to just go sit up there and enjoy the view- that’s why we’d go to the Mayo. We can go to the Hampton Inn for the same lack of view and pay way less. Plus garbage not cleaned from behind the sink and on top of the safe, room AC never got to a comfortable level of cool & robe already looked worn. Very disappointed, no longer up to previous stay experiences.

Don't be fooled by the facade - classiness was years ago. I was really looking forward to this place. I landed at riverside, got the aircraft taken care of, and took a nice Uber ride downtown. When I walked in, I should have walked out. The staff was immediately rude. And on a thursday, I was looking for a cocktail after a long flight, but somebody had the bar booked and it was closed until 9:00. So I was faced with getting a cocktail at a shabby little coffee shop that shared a ground floor. Walked in and walked out of that. Did I say hard pillows and dimly lit rooms? Fortunately, I did find a decent place to eat, but when I got back to the room, the room that I requested to be as far from the elevator, avoiding loud voices and foot traffic, was actually placed right next to the elevator machine room... so each time the goddamn elevator was in operation, you could hear the thing. Each time and all night - how is this thing not soundproofed!? And just when I thought it could not get any worse, at 4:00 in the morning, because I was on an alley side window unit, I got to hear the garbage truck bang and slam garbage containers from 4:00 to 5:00 in the morning, if not six. How does Tulsa not have noise ordinances against this, next to a residential or multi-unit facility? And how in the hell can this hotel allow it? I know, cuz they don't care about their guests. This hotel is only resting on the laurels of it being an old hotel that looks classy, but the staff and the attitude is as far from classy as one could take it. Don't get me wrong, the facade, the elevators, the floors, they all sing for bygone years when this place was one of the best places to stay west of the Mississippi. That is not the case today. And if you stay on the side of the building that faces the alley on a Thursday night, I guarantee you that you that unless you're loaded up on Ambien, will not have more than 4 hours of sleep! Never again! You're better off staying at chain motel (where the staff is a hell of a lot more friendly and happy to be working there). This is the place for you if you're an architectural student and needs some pictures of what things used to be like. But don't spend the night if you're looking for sleep.
