Horrible Experience My wife and I stayed at your hotel last Friday March 22, 2024. This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in in 50 plus years of travel. The bathroom is nasty. The shower had pubic hairs in it. The bottom of the tub is in very bad condition. There is a hole in the wall. I had to put a t-shirt over the pillow so my head would not touch the pillow. I am attaching pictures. No one should have to pay the price I did for a room in this condition. We had a 14 hour travel day and were worn out. Otherwise we would have left. I am confident that you will find the pictures revealing. Is there someone at a corporate level I can contact? Your standard "sorry about that" reply is unacceptable.

DO NOT STAY HERE This hotel was recommended by the college I am here to take a specialty class at. The first room I was given had feces on the toilet seat in two places. Like, on the top of the toilet seat. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The coffee maker hadn’t been replenished with cups, etc. they gave me a different room, which had been cleaned, but there were a ton of other issues with this room. 4 of the outlets didn’t work. The few that did were falling out of the wall and were loose. The plugs on my appliances just fell out of them. The light fixture was hanging crooked and falling partially out of the ceiling, the curtains were torn, the wood panel that holds the air conditioning unit in place was missing pieces and was cracked. The smoke stopping rubber around the door was completely flat and let light in on all sides of the door. So it obviously would stop smoke coming in my room if there were to be a fire in the hallway. Then I realized that they had sealed the window shut. So if I couldn’t escape the door into the hallway, I couldn’t even escape or open the window if smoke came in under or around the door. The overall feel of this hotel is dirty. The cloth chairs in the lobby are extremely worn and dirty. The couch in my room had gross stains down the side. I waited 3 days for them to come fix the outlets, and nobody showed up. This room had a small kitchenette, and there were no cooking or eating supplies in the room. The front desk said that they would bring some up to me, but after 4 hours of waiting, I went out to eat. I had to ask them 3 times for cooking supplies, that were supposed to be there before I arrived. This hotel may be economy priced, but it is really not safe and dirty. I had to leave after a few days and go stay somewhere else. The front staff were extremely nice and helped as much as they could, but you can tell the management doesn’t really care about the cleanliness or upkeep of this property.

Great customer service The only good that came from our experience at this hotel was Takyia, customer service at check in. I wasn’t pleased with this hotel. Our bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. I could smell it as soon as we opened the door. I wasn’t comfortable here. I went down to speak with Takyia and asked for a transfer to another nearby Comfort Suites. She saw my concerns and made the necessary phone calls. In a matter of minutes it was complete. She handled my situation very professionally and with a smile. I may not ever come back to stay here but may just drop in to say hello to her. Great customer service Takyia!

Parents Weekend We had a great stay at Comfort Suites. All the staff were exceptional and always smiling. We missed the breakfast due to sleeping in but it smelled amazing when we got off the elevator. I would definitely recommend it.
