Quality Inn & Suites Twin Falls North

Can't recommend this place based on our stay 3/16/2024 Started out with front desk gal with bad attitude. Should have gone across the street right then. Dogs barking both sides of our room several hours of this before owners returned. We asked if we could move to the other building but were assured entire hotel is pet friendly. Wouldn't it be smart to have some rooms available for people traveling without pets? maybe it was just the unhelpful manor of the front desk .. just saying

Stay at the quality inn twin falls at your own risk I would have rated the stay zero but there wasn’t a spot. The evening receptionist was extremely rude and quoted a much higher rate than was advertised. “If want the lower rate ten you have to book on line. There booking partner is book.com which after, and only after, putting in all your information and credit card do you find out that book.com is in Hong Kong. It’s too late at that point to cancel as they already have all your info. So we get a room. While we are walking to the room there is a dog barking from 4 rooms away. And I mean barking constantly. We get there and the light fixture has no bulbs, the freezer door is broken. The bath vent doesn’t work nor does the hair dryer. We went out to get some dinner and when we got back you could hear the dog still barking from the parking lot. My wife went over to see if we could change rooms. Told no as the “hotel was full”. Quite a few people came and checked in after that, so NO the hotel was NOT full. When we left the next morning I asked if the hotel was full the night before and was told no. She also refused to give me a receipt since it was an “internet” booking. It comes from the booking agency. NOT. It still hasn’t come. The main takeaway is don’t use this hotel as the people there do not see to want to do their job. There are lots of other places to stay where we are treated nice and the place is clean and cared for.

Nice clean facility for a quick stop over Arrived after midnight for a short stop over on a trip to Arizona. Staff was friendly and provided us with a good experience along with a clean room. The location is very convenient if you are headed south towards Jackpot and Wells. We did not check out any other facilities or the free breakfast as we were on the road quite early. But it’s located right beside the McDonald’s for a quick easy breakfast on the way out.

Lots of construction workers staying however clean. Lots of construction workers staying made it noisy. Little expensive for one night. About $109. Very good breakfast. Will stay again if price is lowered. has a swimming pool and 2 buildings. Close to everything.

Shabby room The hotel carpeting and drapes were in a shabby and stained. The bed was uncomfortable.The staff was very pleasant but could not make up for the condition of the premises. I could not believe the obvious tears in the sheer curtains in our room. I posted a photo of them below.
