I wouldn’t go at all. But if you do get non smoking. So to start off, we asked for a non smoking and they gave us smoking. I didn’t notice until we got to the room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. The blanket had burn marks in it, the chairs were ripped up, the sink area was dirty and when I took my shoes off I could feel the dirt on the ground and the bottom of my feet were BLACK in two minutes, and trim on the floor between the bathroom and living area had completely broken off and tripped you. When we asked to move rooms they tried to CHARGE US to move rooms. They eventually moved us to NON smoking after checking that we had requested that to begin with. The second room was a whole different thing. The smell was fine, everything was clean, nothing was ripped or damaged. The only complaint I’d have is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable. But having seen the first room I’d say staying here is a serious gamble as the rooms are hit or miss at best and if you get a bad room they’ll try to charge you to move. Save your money and go to the motel 6 down the road near the car dealership. Same price, WAY BETTER ROOM.

Nice We made reservations based on the reviews. The rooms are very nice. The front desk clerk was very nice. We couldn't stay due to my allergies. She let us check 3 of the rooms to see one would be ok. She quickly issued a refund and wished us well. We would have been glad to stay if we could. It is a little far for the places we were visiting.

Good clean quiet clean motel Even though this was not a name-brand hotel, the reviews were good and the price was extremely good so we gave it a try and were not a bit disappointed! As a matter of fact, we stayed one more night than originally planned. The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was a high quality - so soft and luxurious. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The free internet worked well. Even though the place sits on a busy highway, the noise was minimal during the day and got very quiet after 11pm.

From Start to finish excellent little hotel I stayed the night before at Best Western Jasper , it was the worst BW I ever stayed at , ever footfall from upstairs sounded like King Kong , couple above me had 4 kids on steroids , tried to call management "no answer" Started again at 6AM!!!! It was approx. 80$ a night , found 12 Oaks next day and what a world of difference, Staff was polite and apologized for the other Hotel :) They gave us a great room clean updated and bed that I now must own> We were close to the street but NO NOISE ! I have told every person I know about this great Hotel , I'll probably regret that because next time I want to stay they will probably be booked . % Stars for a local business that cares.

$49/Spotless/Renovated--I am in! Ten dollars less than all the other hotels around and ultra modern, friendly staff, and felt very safe. One of the best hotel deals for me ever. I can't decide if this is a brand new place or an old place that was renovated from top to bottom. Either way, a good place for a night. My only complain was that most restaurant options were on the other side of town, and that the single bed room was small, but no big deal.
