Surprisingly good This hotel was a surprise. The location is great and away from road noise. Customer service was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The AC was strong. My only suggestion would be to figure out a way of diverting strong flow from the AC unit onto the bed. I parking is spacious and there are lot of eating options closeby

Stay in Tyler, TX Had the best room in the hotel and it was wonderful. Two TVs, King Bed suite. Very comfortable. The manager (Byron Nelson) was great! The entire city had no rooms and Byron found us one at his hotel. The city had a big storm that week and left a lot of people without power. Nice breakfast the next morning.

Comfortable, restful My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel where we had stayed a few years ago. It was a welcome experience after a day on the road. Front desk gentleman was kind and thoughtful. The room was large with adequate space to store our belongings. The king-size bed was comfortable and provided a very restful night. The towels were super absorbent. The breakfast buffet had just what we needed. Hint: the hot food section of the buffet is around a divider. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best sleep in a long time From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we checked out, our stay was excellent. Front desk was welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The room was clean. My husband realized he forgot his toothbrush and toothpaste. I went to the desk and was handed the needed items with a smile. The breakfast was SO GOOD! There was a large selection of items and the staff was wonderful - even on check-out day when we didn't arrive until 9am to eat - everything was fully stocked. The hotel felt very safe. We love to travel to Tyler a few times a year to get away. This will be our go-to hotel.

Best stay in a coast to coast drive This hotel is every bit of five stars from the front desk check in on It is clean friendly has an awesome bed and great coffee. And the rates are amazingly reasonable. Five stars for sure. Thanks to Management for their genuine attitude of caring
