Fantastic Hotel I have stayed here 5 times and never regretted it. Most recently, I arrived at their check-in desk hoping for a last-minute booking after a bad experience at a different hotel. The desk clerk, Patty, was helpful and understanding and provided everything I needed to turn a bad experience into a lovely stay. All the rooms are nice. I recommend the one with the spa tub overlooking the koi pond or a ground-floor room if you want to be close to the pool, which is a lovely spot to swim or just relax on a chaise lounge in the shade The breakfast area is pleasant and there are a variety of hot and cold choices: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles you make yourself; bagels, toast, muffins; oatmeal and cold cereal. Good coffee.

Basic Hampton, good, could be better in some ways. Basic Hampton, relatively clean, good location for several restaurants both to walk to and have a short drive to. Friendly desk clerk. Gold status acknowledged with a snack offering (I got a coke). The room had a foul odor when I entered, like dirty feet, suggesting the carpet is in need of shampooing (either that or the bedspreads do). Fortunately I could open the window to try and air the nauseating smell out. I hate those fixed-on-the-wall toiletries containers (here, the conditioner bottle was empty, and trying to explain this to the morning clerk led to language barriers). It is nice having luggage carts to help guests wheel their stuff, but the hallways are carpeted and the carts don't wheel or turn properly on carpeting, very hard to operate.

Nice Hampton We stayed at this property while traveling through CA. It's one of the nicer Hampton's I've seen for awhile. The check in agent was very friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and there's a decent fitness center. The pool area is very nice, offering some shady areas. The breakfast service was standard Hampton but was very well done. We recommend

Enjoyed our stay - highly recommend! Clean and updated. Quiet poolside room on 2nd floor. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and pool area were wonderful and the pond is a beautiful touch. Very relaxing and close to everything we needed in Ukiah. Plenty of free parking as well

Room Air Conditioner did not work Our room's air conditioner did not work and it was over 100 degrees outside and they could not change us to comparable room. Pool only open 9-9. They should have never have rented us the room in the first place!
