They were so incredibly kind! I visit this area often and will always stay here! Not only are the rooms reasonable and clean, recently I booked a room through a thrid party sight so that I could attend my son's basketball games. We live in Rural NE Oregon and the team goes over and stays the night to play 2 different area schools. The game was rescheduled and even though I had booked a non refundable room they allowed me to cancel it with NO penalty and rebook it for the correct dates. Now that is service and how you keep a loyal customer! Thank you so much!!!!

Beware! This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I booked it cause it had an “indoor pool” nope sure didn’t! Pools outside and seasonal, they do not have a hot tub. My daughter and I checked in and left when about our day, came back around 630 at night, and our door handles and lock are missing and our door is wide, opened no one to be seen, no one at the front desk… so after waiting for about five minutes somebody comes walking up and I tell the lady because I’m pretty irate at this point that my door was wide open with all our stuff in they and the lock and handle is missing. She tells me that they are changing locks and shouldn’t have went into our room. The guy left for the night! She ended up moving us rooms, we move upstairs and there is people in the room next to us partying. Loud as all could be, banging around, our floor was shaking. So the next morning I go down and talk to the manager, he tells me there’s nothing he can do about it, wouldn’t refund my money when I checked out early…. I wasn’t going to stay another night. The room was okay, the bed linen was gross ! So save you money and go somewhere else!

Needs a good cleaning and makeover We spent one night here in June and was checked in by David, and although it wasn't terrible, it wasn't great either. Pros - Good Bed, and linens, Microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker, large room with new carpet. Cons - Mold in the grout around tub shower, vanity was unusable with a tall bowl on a tiny tall vanity, and though I am 5' 3", I could barely reach it to wash my hands. ( There is a long microwave counter in the bedroom, they could put up a mirror with a light, and make that a usable space. Nick was great in the Breakfast room, setting out the food at 6AM, instead of the posted 7AM, Fresh Waffles, Boiled Eggs, Burritos, Fresh Fruit, Cereals, Yogurts, juices and Coffee. We would not stay again.

One night was plenty Booked a king room less than two weeks ahead of Pendleton Roundup. The good points -- easy drive from Pendleton, quiet neighborhood away from freeway, good-sized room, extra sink, positive staff attitude -- were outweighed by the property's poor overall condition. Some of this was specific to my room. Both key cards were unreliable as issued and after two do-overs. The room also had missing and mismatched light bulbs, orange- and brown-stained gout and dingy chrome in the shower, an absent window screen, and a flaky, hard-to-start A/C unit. Other negatives concerned the building in general. The exterior door closest to my room was "emergency use only" necessitating lots of extra walking through the hotel. Stained carpeting in the corridors, a bent stairwell light fixture, failing exterior paint, the inverted-chairs-on-the-tables dining room treatment -- these and more combined to produce a distinctly sad effect. We were glad for the hot Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. But like half a dozen other guests we saw eating breakfast in the parking lot at the time, we were also glad to be leaving bright and early.

Highly recommend The hotel is reasonably priced and comfortable. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. The public areas were attractive and comfortable. Masks are required in public areas. Currently the pool is closed. Rooms have a large TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and hair dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful.
