A trip back to the 90’s If you’d like to take a trip back to the 90’s, this is your place! I stayed here based on the reviews on here and boy was I mislead. As soon as I was dropped off I read that there was construction happening, I was checked in to a room on the first floor and as soon as walking in I could hear the hammering coming from the 2nd floor. Pubic hair on the shower floor was the welcoming I received along with stained carpets and rotting curtains. I found out that they had a pool/jacuzzi upon check in which was a nice surprise, get my swim shorts on, put my key through the key slot to get to the pool area and to my surprise there’s a homeless man taking advantage of the pool accommodations, he has 5 bags of stuff on a chair by the jacuzzi, he’s wearing shorts and a t shirt while in the jacuzzi and speaking to himself. There’s only one entrance to the hotel so clearly someone that works there let him in. AWESOME!!! Coffee is great but don’t expect to see a vegetable on the complimentary breakfast the next day. Unless you pick out a stiff egg white omelette which should have veggies. Just don’t stay here.

You can do better for the price For the price point there are better options. When we arrived to our room the bathroom door was propped open with the trash can. That should have been the first clue. The carpet was dirty and the room small and outdated. The thermostat is on the wall unit and not the wall. The bathroom is really in need of a remodel. The water pressure is like a firehose that soaked the entire bathroom (including my pajamas on the floor). There was no way to contain the water. I thought the hairdryer didn’t work but instead it was just every outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work (tried the reset). So I had to use the $10 hairdryer in the main room without a mirror. This is not uncommon and I’m not sure why hotels don’t upgrade hairdryers. They are relatively cheap. This one was the cheapest, oldest hairdryer…I’m surprised it worked at all. The shampoo and conditioner was Dove brand which is pretty cheap for this class hotel. Overall I think the other hotels at the same price point in this neighborhood would be preferable.

Great place to stay! Went here for a girls weekend and had a great visit! The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the hot tub was relaxing. Also Calem was worth mentioning (nice, professional, and willing to go the extra mile)!

No complaints here. Very good hotel overall. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice big screen TV. Good shower. Breakfast was the usual and well prepared. Staff was friendly and efficient. Good location and lots of restaurants not too far away, but not in walking distance. No complaints here.
