Great experience! We stayed in the Evergreen Building at Marriott’s StreamSide in late July after spending 3 nights at the Ritz Carlton in Vail. I was really impressed with the staff at this location, specifically Trace, Emma, & another young lady whose name I missed. Trace was very gracious in granting our request for an early check in and patiently answered my many questions. Emma had taken our villa request several days prior, and we received exactly what we wanted — a top floor villa facing Gore Stream. Thanks Emma & Trace! Our villa was very clean and well stocked. It had been refurbished recently. The new chairs and sofa were very comfortable. The bed mattress was fantastic, a definite upgrade from the mattress at the Ritz. This building was air conditioned, but you could still hear road nose from I-70 until we turned on the box fan provided in the master closet. Hoping an eventual remodel will include more soundproofing and reconfiguration of the bathrooms. The villa was very comfortable, though, thanks to the refurbishment. We will definitely return. Streamside provides shuttles to Lionshead & Vail Village. We didn’t use it, but chose to sit by the pool, then the hot tub at Evergreen, then by the stream. It was very peaceful, except for road noise from I-70. Great experience! We will return!

Very nice property We stayed for a week with our Marriott timeshare exchange program in the Evergreen building. We had never stayed in Vail before. The villa was large and well designed and equipped. Very clean. Because of Covid-19 all the hot tubs/spas/jacuzzies that we always very much enjoy at other Marriott properties were drained and closed. The outdoor firepit was not working either, I suppose to keep gatherings around it limited. The condo had a fireplace, but it was very fake and small. No balcony to sit out on, which we would have loved to do. We were with another couple and went hiking everyday. Very lucky because the aspen trees were at peak color (end of Sept.) which was not something we knew would happen when we reserved. Simply stunning! We are from Michigan, so fall colors are amazing, but we were surprised how beautiful the aspens were, marching up the side of huge mountains alongside the evergreens. The rivers and streams in the area are so pretty to hike along, and we did some challenging but fun hikes all over the area. If you don't hike, horseback ride, mountain bike (tons of trails!) white water raft if it's the right season or downhill ski (in winter, of course) I would not recommend this place because there is really nothing to do. The resort is small, has no restaurants, no Marketplace and no activities, at least during this pandemic time. The indoor-outdoor pool was open and we took a swim one day in it. But mostly we hiked and hung out in the condo, playing games and cooking in.

Beautiful Property Amazing staff We arrived on Sept 6 and were greeted by Emma at check in. She confirmed that we would be in the same room 5302 for the two weeks we would be staying.. I had spoken with Jordan two weeks prior to arrival and asked about getting a desk chair. I verified with Kate another time that room would be feather free. We were in room 5302 which faced the stream. Fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, laundry in the condo. fireplace, Very nice condo. JC in maintenance was in the garage and offered to push our luggage cart for my husband. He later brought up the desk chair. Marriott is very good with wearing masks and having hand sanitizers available. The pool is wonderful and the temperature was perfect. You can swim indoors or go through the slats and swim outdoors. The hot tubs worked for a couple days but them were not working. The paths for walking are very convenient to the property. Jose, the new maintenance supervisor was excellent, someone had come earlier to check on the fireplace and could not fix it. Jose, fixed it in record time and we enjoyed having a fireplace during our stay. Parking is underground and very convenient. Destiny arranged a full cleaning on the 13th. You could not be in the room when they cleaned. I met Giselle, the front Desk Manager and we discussed a couple things. She was very pleasant and said she would mention them at the staff meeting. One thing I forgot to mention is the chairs at the dining table are really too low and quite heavy. It would be helpful to have gliders on the chair for easy movement. The property is beautiful and even though we had planned a trip to Aruba earlier and could not go , we had a wonderful visit Kudos to the staff at Streamside. We will plan on returning next fall at the same time. We are Marriott owners so we used our weeks

Mountain Adventure We were trying to visit the mountains on a volunteer summer trip to Colorado Springs and I was able to cobble together 12 nights in between Vail and Breckenridge. Full disclosure: I am. MCCI owner of 20+ years. In Vail at Streamside, we stayed a total of five nights and stayed in all three of the three buildings. We stayed two nights in a two bedroom unit (Evergreen) which was super: laundry in the room and all the other conveniences of a MVC facility. We spent two nights in a one bedroom 2 bath at Douglas which was a great mountainside retreat with a very comfortable balcony. We were even entertained by two mountain deer. We spent our last night in Birch in an efficiency which was equipped with a Murphy bed and is comfortable but very small. The staff at Streamside is very professional and accommodating in spite of the COVID environment.

great place People were extremely nice and helpful. JORDAN IS A ROCKSTAR! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The pool is indoor and outdoor with 2 hot tubs. Pool towels are given to you. The security is good. You need a key to enter the buildings. Parking underground but the spaces are a little tight and still big enough to load and unload. Laundry soap and dishwasher stuff plus salt and pepper is provided. The shower head and pressure is good and the pillows are very comfortable. We were really close to everything a Safeway store, McDonald's, gas station, donut shop and places to eat are less than 5 minutes away. There was 5 in our party and we had plenty of space. We are very happy with our stay. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Thanks again for such a wonderful place to stay after a week of hiking.
