A great stay The front desk agents go above and beyond to make certain the guests are taken care of. We love our condo. It is very spacious and fully equipped with everything we need. The shuttle to Vail Village and Lionshead is very convenient and it is much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay.

Did not get what we reserved Made a reservation in November for a stay at the end of January to be sure we got the bed quantity we needed. There fine print allowed them to screw us over despite the reservation notes indicated what we needed and did not get. Also Reconfirmed the reservation and beds three days before arrival. This made the stay very uncomfortable and not worth the $550.00/night (all in). Also, they do not have the ability to email you a detailed reservation of what you requested and agreed to. They can only send you a number. Shame on me for not interpreting this as “I’m about to get screwed”.

Incompetent office staff The front desk staff and office management are horrible and unresponsive. The fire alarm went off one morning for almost an hour and the front desk would not answer the phone, and after hour maintenance was unresponsive. When Alysa at the front desk finally picked up the phone, she hung up as she was incompetent to handle this situation. The manager, Karen, was no better and did not seem to care about the fire alarm or that Vail fire department could be showing up or that the unit was on fire! Please do yourself a favor and stay someplace with staff that can be of assistance if needed. It really jaded our stay.

Charged 150$ extra after checking out. Not good experience. We stayed in this property recently. We were 2 families and had kids. This was first time we visited Colorado and Vail and first time with this property. The experience with this is property was not satisfactory at all. The rooms were very small as compared to pictures(Queens rooms doesn't have space to walk), parking is a hassle no proper direction and also they charged us 150$ extra after we checked out for cleaning concerns apart from mandatory cleaning charges already part of the stay. They shared a picture stating a burn mark in the kitchen marble where as it appeared a stain mark. Before check out we checked with reception what things need to be performed like waste clearance and all. Point is there was nothing there one could have burnt or it was just a tactic to get money as property is getting old probably or their kitchen amenities are so old or fragile that not even a cooled down pan can be kept for a second. We cleaned everything from kitchen top to garbage before check out and even inform front desk about it . As it is practically impossible to take images or videos of each and everything when you check in or check out there is nothing we could provide as proof. What appears to be stain mark and hardly a 5-10$ spray fix if customer is charged 150$ we wouldn't be preferring this property again. My experience if you stay in this property take 1 or 2 hr out of your fun time :-) :-) to take before and after images and videos so that if there is any dispute you have proof. Not satisfied with this property. Wouldn't recommend.

Poor service and ill working appliances I would not recommend this place to a friend. The cleanliness of the rooms was mediocre (hair on the floors/bathe tubs) Refrigerator was not working when we arrived but we didn’t know until the day after we bought groceries. A total loss of fresh foods. On the 3rd day we were given another unit which had an ill working washing machine. Repair man came next day while we were out- said it worked fine. We did a load that night…washer would not drain. Luckily we had other family staying so we just used their washer. Maintenance was too slow to respond. Front desk closes at 4:00 so if u have any requests or issues after that, good luck The rooms were extremely warm, and no additional fans were available for use. NO A/C. Room card keys often did not work..luckily a few times we were able to catch the front desk before 4:00. Otherwise…not sure how one would get into their room. Not the best place for summertime visit.
