With so many hotel options, do not choose this hotel. Dirty, smelly place. Several rooms were visited and all had a damp, musty odor. The floors were sticky, sheets were cheap and tattered. The front desk clerk was very friendly and tried to find us a better room, but they were all musty. Wallpaper was peeling, with lots of water damage.

The WORST hotel I have stayed in in 30 years !!! Let’s start with check in, we booked five dbl queen rooms via a third party. Paid for the rooms upfront. We we arrive someone on the hotel end had changed the reservation to 3 did and 3 kings! We did not accept and contacted the third party vendor and verified what was booked. Hotel is undergoing renovations but the musty smell and uncleanliness made the rooms uninhabitable without going out and buying dehumidifiers! One room we checked out had a trash can full of water in it by the window to catch a leak. Not enough clean face cloths and towels. The mattresses were old and worn out. The charger outlets on the night stand were old and rusted from too much humidity in the room. The electrical sockets were upside down and hanging out of the wall! The mold and humors made my allergies flare up and made it hard for me to breathe until I purchased the dehumidifiers! Management really needs to do better! The front desk staff was professional and courteous and tried to rectify every situation presented.

RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED ASAP!!!!! I booked this hotel thru a third party booking site for one night to attend a funeral. Reviews were a little bit of good, a little bit of bad, so we decided let’s give it a try. All other motels/inns/hotels were either booked the weekend or $200/nicht. The hotel was $87 for pay now, non refundable which is what I did. I drove 8 hours thru the night and attended family funeral services upon arrival. After the services and spending time with family, we went back to hotel to check in (7pm) After paying $107 thru Priceline, we had to pay a $100 refundable deposit at the desk. We were given keys to a third floor room which smelled stale of mold and was very humid. I went down and asked if there was any other room because of the issue in first room and I had a 10 month old preemie who couldn’t stay in a room with such strong mild odor. They handed me keys to a second floor room and said to go check it out before they issue it. We went to that room and WOW!!!!!! WOW is all I can say to describe the disgust upon opening the door. The ceiling was cracking/peeling and had fallen to the floor, water stains everywhere from the walls to the ceilings to the curtains, BLACK MOLD on ceiling and in corner of room and bathroom shower, no bedding on the bed. The smell was horrible of smoke and mold. We couldn’t believe our eyes. As we were walking back down, three other customers were walking down all complaining they wanted a refund of room charge and deposit. It was absolutely disgusting. We called several hotels in the area and everywhere was booked. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle the night because we couldn’t drive another 8 hours back home after driving all night there. I am so dissatisfied with this hotel experience. Why is this hotel in service, from the looks of the halls, elevators, jacuzzi not working and rooms, this hotel needs to be condemned ASAP!

Filthy roache infested room and unprofessional rude staff. I was in the process of moving out of state, had a super long day and checked into my room around 430pm and passed out. Woke up the next morning to roaches in the room. I spoke to the man at the desk who asked if I took pictures (because that's the first thing I thought to do as I was crawling out of my skin). He told me there was nothing he could do and referred me to the manager. I called the manager a couple hours later. I asked for the manager, he told me the manager was unavailable, then proceeded in asking how he could help. I explained the situation, this man says "what do you expect me to do about it". I told him I would just call Choice Hotels for a resolution. He told me not to threaten him. Which I was not. I again asked for the manager by name, he then proceeded in telling me he is the manager. I told him I wanted him as the manager to offer a solution. He refused, so i told him i would be happy with a 10% discount. He told me no because I slept in the room. I told him I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional manager. He then said and I quote " ma'am our creator made roaches before he made man, so they have more right to be in that room than you do. We also spray, and have an exterminator come in so there is nothing I am willing to do for you." He then hung up on me. The carpets were gross, the paint and tape are peeling off the walls, the shower is crusted, the chair in the room had a huge gash in the arm, the drapes were dirty and they leave the refrigerator unplugged. In addition they charge a $100 deposit for such filth.
