Might be ok, depending on room location My experience was not great, due to my room being the corner room on the first level. It was right next to a non-latching exterior door used primarily for smoking. I heard door slamming and conversations throughout the night. Room is also showing its age. I felt I *needed* to put towels down on chairs with their appearance. The bed seemed like a welcome respite, in spite of the surroundings.

Weekend with family Hotel was clean. The pool could use significant upgrades. Breakfast was almost non existent. Beds were comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.

Pretty bad The room stank like mold and dirty feet. I was yelled at and threatened by another guest. The suite tub stank and wouldn’t drain. I was alone, so I could deal with it, but I’d never take the family there.

Absolutely horrible experience!! This place is disgusting!!! We found 5 bed begs within 1 hour of being there!Also found 2 pairs of dirty socks and a bottle of lotion next to our bed. Our sheet and covers were dirty and what looked like blood was on one cover!! So disappointing when I called they said they were very clean and one of the best hotels around. Me and my family had to go to the laundry mat at 1am to wash and dry all of our clothes so we didn't bring any of those nasty pest home with us! There were what seemed like homeless people outside of the building smoking and staying for very long periods of time. The workers were very insensitive to our situation and said almost nothing about our horrible experience. Do not stay here!!!!

Horrible customer service If I could rate this a 0 I certainly would. I've been in customer service my whole adult life and I'm 43 yrs old. It's extremely important. My check in experience at this hotel was HORRIBLE. Not even 5 mins for them to tell me they cancelled my reservation, would not refund my money and to go stay somewhere else. I did exactly that AND for cheaper! Fairfield Inn treated me way better and was cheaper. If customer service isn't important to you, stay but if it is, DON'T. I can't imagine how they treat people AFTER checking them in. Absolutely horrible.
