Rudest place ever! The night lady at the front desk was extremely rude, I was over charged and asked for assistance in which she refused to help me and was condescending in front of other guests. The room was clean and well kept but I would not recommend this hotel, due the horrendous treatment by the staff.

Clean, comfortable, & spacious! We stayed here for two nights. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. We stayed in a king suite with a couch. Our room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker & hairdryer. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. We were traveling with our two dogs. There is enough grassy areas around the property to take them out to potty. There are no waste stations outside, so bring your own clean up bags & toss in the dumpster. The pet fee is $40 per dog, per night. The hotel color scheme was pleasant and neutral. The floor of the elevator needed to be cleaned. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and polite. The only reason for giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because the breakfast food could be better. The bagels and cinnamon rolls were hard. The eggs were these yellow little flat looking disc things and didn’t taste good. The OJ and coffee were good. There is a waffle maker, sausage links, apples, bananas & cereal. The dining area was kept clean. We had a nice stay here and would return.

Okay stay The hotel is an older version of CI. It is a basic hotel that satisfies the basic necessities for an overnight stay. The price reflects what you get. I would not recommend this hotel. The biggest concern for me was there was a boil water notice in effect for Van Buren and no one at the hotel said anything about it. The hotel didn’t supply any bottle water for the guests.

Worst place ever We stayed here last night and was charged 167.12 for 1 night. We had no hot water at all upon check out I was offered $20 credit for it. I asked to speak to manager was told not there. The guy give me a number and when I called turned out to be his mom she said nothing she could do without being there but would call me at noon (still waiting on call) I noticed the sign said manager on duty was Mike so I asked to speak to him was told not there asked for number he said couldn’t give I asked for him to call from hotel phone so I could speak with he said not possible. Voices were raised on both sides he would leave front desk I would ring bell until he come back to try and get worked out. A lady come off elevator and the guy behind desk asked her to explain what was going on I turned and looked at her and she asked what’s the problem I said I’m wanting to speak to manager she pointed to guy I had been speaking with and said you’re speaking to him. I notice the way she’s dressed she isn’t employee so I asked her who she was and she went off on me cussing at me and yelling I was explaining that I was asking who she was so I would know who I was speaking with she said she had stayed there for 2 weeks so he had asked a customer to explain to me what’s going on. I am including picture so can understand why I asked who she was. She said she heard me cussing him out and come down. The only thing I said was I told the lady who I thought was manager that the guy she had working was a smart a$& which I regret even using that word. She was yelling and using bad language and then told him to call 911 on me or she was fixing to f$&$& go off. He called 911 I have no idea why because there was no emergency and no threats had been made of any kind of anything she threatened me by saying she was fixing to go off ( I have on video ) they say they have it all on tape and I welcome it to be played any time. I set down waiting on cop and she set down and kept trying to get me rattled she was telling guy look at her shaking she’s so nervous she knows she’s in trouble and stuff like that. Cops arrived and I explained he told me to go over their head and contact corporate which I did. Come to find out it was actually the manager that had been talking to me all this time but he was insisting there wasn’t a manager on property. Corporate told me the managers name and it happen to be the same name on my receipt as who checked me out. I called the number that I had been given and had spoke to the manager earlier that was supposed to call me and get me credit she didn’t answer but her voicemail give her name and she had same last name as manager I was speaking to which while speaking to her she said that’s my son and he shouldn’t be talking to customers like that I’ll take care of him. Sorry for the bad punctuation and lack of and the long review but want people to know what they are dealing with when staying here. He also reached to remove the manager on duty name but realized I had already taken a picture of it.
