DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Vancouver

Wonderful hotel! I’ve stayed here 3 times now and it’s always great. It’s so clean! The staff is super friendly, professional and they welcome pets for a fee. Great location too. Walked to McGraths Fishhousr for dinner this time and it was great. Hotel offers us coupons too. Applebee’s in front of hotel as well!

Great location close to Washington and Oregon border. We were traveling from Washington to Oregon and this was a great stopping point. The front desk texted me earlier in the day, before our arrival, to see if we needed anything. The room was spotless. Staff friendly. Fitness center had great equipment.

The staff there is great!!!! My friends and I did a stay-cation due to the weather being to hot. The rooms was clean and very nice. Love the ac since it was 115 degree's out, made everything that much better : ) I would say Alexis went above and beyond to retrieve an item I left there. Shout out to her for being fantastic!!!! Will do another stay at some point with this property.

Clean and Comfortable After leaving a bed and breakfast in the Camas area, we checked into the Double Tree in Vancouver WA. We placed a reservation about 4p that day and checked in at 8p. Our room was clean, sheets smelled clean and fresh. The carpet was clean to walk on without shoes. The room was great. I'm a smell sensitive person and this room passed the test! Thank you DT for a needed break after a horrible prior experience at another hotel. The price is more than I normally would pay but we were so thankful to find accommodations and I'm used to South East US pricing for hotels.

Worst Hilton brand hotel! Waited 3 hours for a room, hypodermic needles and trash everywhere I am a long time Hilton Honors Gold member and have never experienced such a horrible hotel and service in my life. We called after we booked the hotel to confirm that the pool was open (historic heat wave in PNW) and they said yes. We called on the day of arrival to confirm and they said they had a list and that the pool was full an would not accomodate us. When we arrived at 2:30 pm the pool was empty and it was empty until 10 pm+. Despite this they would still not give us access to the pool. My wife and 2 small children arrived at 2:30. They would not give her a room and she waited until 6 pm until I called several times and spoke with the manager. He finally came out and gave her the key after 3+ hours of waiting. While she was waiting at least 15 customers came in and got their rooms immediately. They said they did not have our room type available but the guests who were checking in had the same room type, two queens. They are obviously liars and low class scum bags. They would also not give her plates to eat food she brought for the long wait. It took me calling the hotel 3 times and calling the corporate number twice in order to have them give her the key to our room. The hotel is disgusting and is obviously very poorly managed. The halls were filled with trash. All trash cans were overflowing with trash all over the ground. Outside of the door to the parking lot trash was strewn about and looked like it had been there for weeks. There were old ac units scattered around the premises. The worst part is that there were hypodermic needles (see photos) everywhere outside in the walkway. My children stepped on them and almost picked them up. I brought it to the front desks attention and they did not do anything about it our entire stay. Very rude and terrible management. Do not stay here unless you and your family wants AIDS or Hepatitis from the layer of hypodermic needles you have to walk through
