Excellent Excellent experience we were greeted by a lovely man Owais Goub. Who greeted us with great customer service. He made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. Will definitely visit again.It was very nice to be next to a big shopping mall with lots of nice places to eat. It was a big bonus knowing we also had a lovely heated pool in the pool. The kids loved it.

Constantly declining in terms of hospitality for years Should the “reception” staff be changed? Look to the comments more and more customers are complaining on that matter !!!! He does not respect customers, and is not at least polite. Can even be considered agressive to some extent This hotel has been constantly declining in terms of hospitality for years. It is the customers who make a hotel come alive, so dear dissatisfied travelers, move on. If we change hotel maybe the team will change at least...the management will eventually understand Furthermore, maintenance also leaves more and more to be desired (the extraction of the bathroom makes a lot of noise, etc.) Plus no heating all night The 4 stars are no longer really deserved

Good location for touring. Difficult to find as building work going on for Westfield shopping centre, but there’s plenty of parking and once in the hotel the rooms are quiet. No reception desk, which I think is a mistake as it makes for a good interaction between staff and guest. Nice public areas and very fast elevators take you to your rooms. My room was clean, spacious, had plenty of storage, an excellent shower and all the things that come with a Mercure hotel. There was a broken bedside light but otherwise all was well and I slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was buffet-style and had a large selection of hot and cold food so there was something for all tastes. Don’t forget to use the lovely swimming pool, it’s open until late and you could be lucky to have it all to yourself.

Bad history night Very bad hotel in all services and rooms not clean as some bugs on beds so this not healthy place to stay I advise any body to not go there and I will not visit this hotel again as I can not sleep this night that I stayed there so if you search for good hotel not to go there as I see also stuff do not take action to solve problem

Disappointed This was the second Mercure hotel we used as a ine night stopover on our tour. Our experience here was completely different to our previous one which we could not fault as there is no reception desk and consequently checking in was chaos and our pre booked rooms were not allocated correctly, causing even more confusion at the end of a long travel day. The young staff were not competent enough to deal with these matters. Our breakfast the following morning was a good average but I left feeling disappointed with my experience here
