Think about it twice, what you see on the internet is not what it is in reality. The room was so small and crammed up and given the fact that we paid 500 bucks a nite was definitely not worth at all. I understand it's summer and the prices were soared up but nevertheless I shrug to believe that's it's a 4 star property as advertised by the hotel. Very disappointed!

Waste of 200 euros We had booked a roof top meal and gondola trip as a package with this hotel . As much as the view looked amazing unfortunately the food did not!! Absolutely cold food and when we informed the waiter just a shrug of the shoulders and well you are outside was the explanation given , this was as soon as the food hit the table so no way was it hot enough ! We Found it a waste of time complaining further as you could tell they did not care as we had already paid . The wind was picking up and they were packing away around us as glass ware was getting broken , we said can we go inside to eat as trying to hold a wine glass and eat is impossible . Was told no ! Left the food on the plate and left . We was not questioned as to why we left our food which I’m sure any good chef would wonder about . Terrible service , terrible food . Lovely view and totally understand that they could not help the weather . We found staff on front desk very helpful and polite and gondola ride beautiful.( just wish I booked it separately)

No Air Conditioning in room, Terrible service and rude front desk staff. Terrible Experience. the Air Conditioning for the entire wing where our room was located was non-functional, we stayed one night in late July in 33c heat with no AC. after informing the front desk they said they can’t do anything about it except send a porter up with a fan. When the porter arrived i showed him that the unit was only recirculating hot air and not cooling in our room and the hallway (you could feel only warm air coming out, but if you moved a few hallways down the units were blowing cold air) after checking the porter confirmed that there is no freon in these unit currently. We were told we could speak to the manager in the morning - which we did, after dealing with a very rude front desk staff that brushed off the issue and just kept pointing at the debit machine repeating “tap” to get us to pay the city tax, I asked if they would cover the tax given we payed for a room with AC and they is not what was delivered, this was denied. Spoke to the manager who was unaware of any AC issues - clearing in the span of 12 hours the night staff are unable to inform management about maintenance issues. he asked if they provided us with one of the portable AC units they have, told him that only a fan was offered. I guess the night staff don’t know about the portable ac units? either way, no refund, no discount, wouldn’t acknowledge the issue and offered us a complimentary drink at the bar. Won’t be going back here - if you are considering this hotel double check your room has AC before paying. There is another review from July also stating that the AC is broken.

Bad experience If I can give this Hôtel zero stars I would. Service & communication: VERY POOR Don’t leave your personal items in your room unlocked _ When things get missing they blame it on “sorry we thought a full bottle of expensive hair product (Abeille hair oil 143Euro that I purchased two days ago) left in the room was trash”. First, they checked us into the wrong room. We unpacked, showered and ordered room service. We got ready and went downstairs to meet with the photographer (we had a scheduled photoshoot that we paid 400euros for) but my husband forgot his ring upstairs so he went back to the room but the key wasn’t opening the door. My husband went back to the receptionist and let them know. The receptionist went to double check why the key wasn’t working, only to realize that he put us in the “wrong room”. The receptionist insisted we go pack up and move our stuff into the “right room”. My husband kindly asked if he can pay the difference since we have already unpacked; they refused stating that they were fully booked. They rushed him to pack up and by doing so he left some items in the restroom AND miss the photoshoot so I had to do it without him. I called Hôtel desk and reported some of my items are still in the previous room, thinking maybe the cleaning lady had turned it in since they know off the situation. No one from the reception followed up so I had to go down in person. They said sorry they thought it was trash. They then proceeded to offer one drink voucher from their bar lmao I cut it up into pieces and threw it in their _️ hotel and told the manager to please educate their staff. ALSO, their beds are OLD and UNCOMFORTABLE (60 year old spring beds in both rooms). The previous room was an old full bed and the next room they gave us was TWO TWIN BEDS CONJOINED INTO ONE. UNACCEPTABLE FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL. DO NOT BOOK THERE.
