Perfect customer service Customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to accommodate me while I was in town for work. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was great and the front desk team was a delight. Would return in future! Woooooooooooooooooooooo

Holiday Inn This place is over rated and expensive! We normally stay at the Best Western but thought this place was newer and perhaps better. Wrong! Poorly managed. We arrived and was told NO rooms were cleaned and had to wait. I asked if there was something going on the previous day and they said no. The impression I got is that they don’t clean until needed like for a weekend. No ice machines were functioning and we were told hadn’t been for quite some time. The pancake machine has been broken since 2020. We booked many rooms as were here for a funeral. I’m scheduled to return in September but will be changing my reservation.

Didn't get what expected & rude front desk I am changing my review from the last time we stayed there. I now give 1 star because that is as low as I can give. Mainly because of the front desk worker, Tara, when checking out. I booked a room on Priceline expecting to get the room with the jet tub because that is what it showed. When got there & checked in found out that is not what I got. They said they couldn't do anything & had to talk to Priceline. So I went back to my room, called Priceline, who said they couldn't do anything because Holliday Inn provides them with room info & pictures. I asked for a supervisor & was disconnected waiting on hold. I went back to the front desk & the gentleman, who was really nice & showed he was concerned about the situation, offered to talk to the district manager the next day & would leave a message for me if he got ahold of him. In the morning went to check out. Tara said I could "just leave the key or is there something else I needed?" I proceeded to explain the situation to her & she said that they don't deal with the pictures or room information, Priceline does & there is nothing they can do. I told her that Someone, either them or Priceline, needs to do something in regards to me not getting the room it showed I was booking because that is false advertisement to show one thing in the advertisement & give something else. She told me that since I pre-paid there is nothing that can be done & said "You can leave now." I told her that someone can do something about it & I would like the situation resolved or I would contact the BBB to get it resolved. She said, "Good luck with that, get out." So I asked her for the district manager's number and the corporate number to contact them. She gave me a business card & said "Now get out" as she handed it to me. As I was leaving I saw the card was not for the district manager, it was for the manager & when I called the number it went to the hotel. So I went back & told her that the card wasn't for the district manager it was for the hotel manager & I would like to contact the district manager. She said, "You can leave now, bye." So I said well can I at least get the corporate number then? She said, "you can look that up online, we don't have that, get out." I told her that most places have the corporate number for this situation, that is why I wanted it from her because not all companies post that information online anymore. I asked her again to please provide me with that information. She again said "bye." So I asked her for her name which she said was Tara. I then asked her for her last name so I can provide that information too & she said, "you don't need my last name & neither do they (referring to corporate), now get out, bye." When I worked in retail & customer service we always had to provide first & last names if asked. So after leaving, I have contacted corporate Holliday Inn, & will also contact Priceline again if I need to so the situation gets resolved & if no one resolves it, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about the situation & the false advertisement, which I have screenshots of, for their assistance in resolving this matter. I stay at a local Best Western 1- 2 times every month, always getting the hot tub room, as a vacation since I can not leave town because I have dogs I also need to take out & feed. I was considering switching to the Holliday Inn & would have been staying there 1- 2 times every month, but now because of this situation, especially after how rude Tara, at the front desk, was, I will be sticking with the Best Western. My dad's girlfriend is in a wheelchair & when she comes to visit him, they would stay at the Holliday Inn, so I have talked to him as well & they will no longer be staying there either. If you need a room, go to the Best Western! Great hotel & staff and they have always resolved any issues I have had, which has been only 2, in the over 3 years I have been staying with them.

Great for visit to USD Convenient location within walking distance of USD. Room was simple but comfortable, quiet and clean. Kyle at the front desk provided awesome customer service - he's fantastic! The breakfast was nice and I appreciated the COVID-safe serving. The woman serving the breakfast was very attentive. We will be back!

Business trip Very nice hotel. staff was extremely helpful setting up reservation and taking care of some business needs for this trip. Very nice rooms that were clean and lots of space. Breakfast area was nice, food was very good, and staff kept everything full. A very nice Holiday Inn property.
