It'll do. Small, tight quarters. 2 double beds worked for the night. this works for a quick crash. It made 2 days back to back at Mountain Creek a little more affordable. Right down the road from Mountain Creek Ski Resort. We were able to hit the mountain, hit dinner (a bit of a drive, but the Grasshopper was really good), crash hard, then do it again in the morning, before the rental lines got out of hand.

Lack of Quality Inn Not at all worth what they are charging, for the age and condition of this motel it should be in the 40-50 dollars per night range. Not clean, in desperate need of repairs, awful smells (both lobby and in our room), dead bugs on the floor, dog kibble so clearly they don’t vacuum the rooms, uneven hard wood floor in room, ripped carpet in hallway, old/broken grout around tub, torn ceiling, and dust balls up against furniture etc. Unfortunately this hotel seems to have invested heavily in large TVs and newer desks/end tables in the rooms that have charging ports but they never went back to basics to simply provide a clean and comfortable accommodation which is the most important thing to most. Breakfast room is very small and has a connected public bathroom. I should have known when we pulled in and not all of the parking lot lots worked (actually not all the lights in our room worked either). Definitely suggest looking elsewhere and if you do get stuck staying here I would avoid bare feet, floors were gross. To top it off, when receiving our room key at check in, the woman at the front desk actually wiped her nose with her hand before grabbing it with the same hand and over the counter to us - yikes…

When the desk attendant gives a guest the master key to the hotel without concern for guest safety No one at desk to check in had to call hotel and advise there was a line to check in. Booked two rooms could not get in one of rooms with key card. We were there for an hour and still could not get in room hotel was fully booked. Would only let us cancel reservation and get refund for one room even though booked together and traveling together. Desk attendant actually gave us master key to entire hotel to try and acess our room and never took the master key back so basically allowed a guest to have access to all rooms what a security risk. Never responded to complaints filed and emails to management and request for refund on second room. No concern for Desk attendant giving out master key and putting all guests at risk. Even contacted choice corporate and they did nothing either will never stay at choice hotel brand again due to lack of concern over security issue and very poor customer service.

Very old and in need of repairs This is an old, old hotel. Needs many repairs. Room issues: broken tub spigot, broken sink stopper, broken closet door off hinge, loose toilet seat, prior leak in ceiling over sink which was never re-sheetrocked so water stains still there, air conditioner controls don’t work as described, carpet damp and dirty. Don’t walk barefooted in room. Hallways dark and dingy. Elevator small and dirty. No automatic opening front doors so if you’re hands are loaded with your belongings for checkin / checkout, you’ll need to put something down to open the doors. Overall, a pretty bad hotel. Look around for something better.

Great location for nearby Franklin and Sterling Hill mines Rooms are comfy and clean; staff is very pleasant. I would add two caveats: (1) though this is billed as a non-smoking motel, it smelled like someone on the floor above my room may have been smoking. It seemed to percoloate through the bathroom ceiling vent; and (2) the picture of the breakfast bar on the website shows pastries/bread/oatmeal available. Those were not offered on the breakfast bar when I stayed at this location. I was kind of looking forward to those pastries (a bit of a naughly pleasure for my cholesterol figures) but perhaps I fared better without the pastries, right?
