Friendly, Clean & Quiet Up in Vestal, NY overnight and this was the hotel I booked pre-departure. Check in was quick and the staff friendly and helpful. It was wickedly hot that day but my room AC was on when I walked in and that was a nice surprise. I immediately began to relax in that cool room. It was exceptionally clean and neat and surprisingly quiet for being close to Vestal Parkway. I had a restful night in a comfortable bed. The free breakfast was good with a nice assortment of hot and cold items available. The hotel is well situated with easy access from the main road. Like I said, the room was spotless and the staff friendly. I would stay here again.

Staff great The staff was very nice but the wifi is terrible. The staff told me if your room is away from the center of building, it doesn’t work as the signal is hindered by the walls. While logical and understandable, one would think in the age of digital that it could be corrected, but it might have to wait for renovations.

Staff great BUT hotel is tired, dirty: doesn’t meet standards of hospitality The staff was amazing. This hotel however was extremely disappointing, especially given the price we paid. It It was old, dirty and tired: the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke from what felt like decades of smoke. The entrance into the hotel was broken - so that you actually had to put your hand in and slide the automatic sliding door open. The room had not been cleaned! There was old makeup remover tissues on the counter when we arrived!! Staff know they are working with these issues and they do their best. But owners should be ashamed of themselves: this right here is the opposite of the hospitality business.

NO!!! Room could have been a little cleaner. Bed was comfy but pillows were like rocks. Coffee was terrible. Breakfast was the same every morning--watery fake sausage and dry scrambled eggs. Not a good selection of yogurts. On check in, the AC was not working properly and it was HOT in the room. Told by front desk clerk there were no other rooms available. Maintenance came and checked and confirmed AC not working properly. This wonderful man showed us that other rooms WERE available and let us choose which one we wanted. Will never stay here again. No wonder the parking lot was so empty!

Not The Best If you are looking for a hotel with amenities, this is not your place to stay. I will say the shower was great. The shower curtain smelled horrible. Apparently housekeeping does not believe in laundering them or changing them. We went downstairs for breakfast expecting some eggs and sausage or bacon. Nope. Waffle maker, cereal, yoghurt and bagels. That's all folks. People were really disappointed. We were guaranteed a king room. Had the confirmation and everything. They put us in a room with two queen beds. When we complained, they said, "Sorry, we don't have any king rooms available now". We will definitely not return to this hotel
