Spacious, Clean, Friendly Staff - Recommend I was leery about booking this hotel because of reviews but I'm so glad I did it anyway. Yes, the pool is green and yucky but the area was very safe, convenient to I-20, and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful! The room was extremely spacious, had a dehumidifier so it wasn't muggy nor smelly like most hotel rooms, and it was clean. I recommend this location and hotel. By the way, this is a true review. I was not paid or compensated in any way!!

Don’t stay. Felt extremely unsafe. Make sure you lock your cars and doors. Don’t let your children walk around unsupervised. Don’t swim in the pool.

Kathy Terrible place to stay. Dirty, especially the bathroom tub area and floor. Breakfast is ONE breakfast bar. The pool was green.

GOOD HOTEL/GREAT PRICE I booked a room at the Howard Johnson and the front desk staff was very friendly. I stayed at this hotel because my power at home here in VICKSBURG, mS went out due to bad weather etc... Great hotel and great price! The hotel is close to r restaurants, stores, post office and more and its right off the Interstate 20. The rooms are cold with good ac, are clean and have a small refrigerator and DIRECTV and have a a coffee maker by the sink and the hotel offers a free breakfast
