Amazing relaxing stay!!! I enjoyed this hotel, easy checking in, the Staff was very friendly, Great looking place, amazing breakfast, close to everything, pet friendly......JACUZZI!!! Reasonably priced for all the amenities, I will go back here next time I'm in town, this will be my go to

Comfortable room, good location, noisy a/c We got a suite for the mini fridge for 2 nights, with HH it was less than $10/night extra. Appreciated the extra space. Three issues: the room air conditioner was the old kind of unit against the wall that cycles on and off. While we liked that it was effective during a heat wave, at night it was REALLY noisy. If you’re a lighter sleeper, think of wearing ear plugs, which we didn’t have. Unless the hotel converts to a central air system, don’t think you can do much about it except stay when you don’t need a/c. The hot water was inadequate, the shower never got warm, kind of a lukecool. The hotel was pretty full from the looks of the parking lot, so maybe hot water couldn’t keep up. The breakfast was fine, the breakfast room was very cool - too cool with the feel of breezy air coming from the blowers, consider turning up the temp a little there. We ended up outside taking our breakfast in the (very pleasant) courtyard. Staff were all excellent, suite and bed were good, liked the pillows. Convenient to the 490 expressway, a mall and lots of restaurants nearby and just a few miles from the Thruway. Would stay again.

Welcoming and extra effort Stayed over night post surgery. They made sure I was near the elevator and ice machine! So cozy, homey and loved the Santa letter station, elf on the shelf and prizes, hot cocoa station. Just very family/kid friendly and extremely welcoming. We will be back. Staff was also incredible.

Clean, quiet room Stayed with my family for a hockey tournament. Very clean hotel, staff is helpful and accommodating. Easy to have the dog in a first floor room. Rooms are big enough and quiet. Location is a quiet residential area, right off the highway which makes getting anywhere quick. Just far enough from downtown to be a hassle if you are spending most of your time there I would stay closer.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Centrally located. Lovely hotel. Greeted with a warm smile. Allowed for early check in without any hassles. Room was spacious and very clean! Hotel was busy, but very quiet. Hot breakfast was included. Again, the dining area, like the rest of the hotel was very clean. Food was decent with a good breakfast selection. Obvious that the staff at Hampton Inn care about their jobs. It showed.
