Good location Good location, walking distance to everything
Wish they didn't charge for parking while staying there.
Breakfast area is very small and limited food items.

An older gem and nice features! Although the hotel is older, we found the amenities adequate and overall the rooms and amenities very clean and cared for. Each room had a tiny but useful little kitchenette with full fridge, stove/range, sink and small table & chairs. The small but clean little outdoor pool was nice in the green space out back which backed onto a lovely and quiet little park off the main boulevard. All suites had nice decks to sit outside on. Breakfast room is small but bright. I had some suggestions for improved foods but overall was decent to get you started on your day! I prefer this property to the one (Days inn) next door for its nice quiet and clean atmosphere. There was no AC in the rooms however a fan was provided and with the proximity to the trees and ocean front with the fan we were fine. Location is superb and I’d happily come back!

Location, Location, Location The hotel is very close to the harbour, restaurants, etc. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for 3 people - there was a small kitchenette (stove, mini fridge, microwave and sink). The room we stayed in needs new carpeting - there was a big enough section where the carpet was rippled (which could be a tripping hazard). The hallway is very narrow which can feel a bit claustrophobic if the cleaning staff are there with their carts, if other guests are waiting for the elevator, etc. Breakfast is reasonable (considering that it's included) and the staff are friendly. We were late the one morning (though still in time) and there weren't any hot items left - I asked the staff if it would be possible to get more hot items and she was very helpful and did so, which was greatly appreciated.

Great Hotel Near Central Victoria This was a good hotel to base yourself from to explore Victoria. We had a family room with a Sofabed and everything was great. There is also a decent breakfast included!
There was also a kitchenette as well to make a basic meal if needed! Parking was a bit expensive as there were cheaper options around!

Wonderful experience all the way. Wonderful experience all the way. Front desk help and housekeeping were terrific. Room (and the hotel) was clean, orderly and very comfortable. Kitchen with table, microwave, electric stove, utensils, dishes and sink. WIFI & cable TV. Lovely bathroom. Great view of the harbor from nice balcony. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Provincial Museum (a MUST), harbor (across the street), Parliament buildings, great parks, etc. Secure underground parking. Modest free breakfast. Outdoor pool. I have stayed here over a half a dozen times in the last two years and always have had a very pleasant stay.
