DONT STAY THERE!!! I left the GT HOTEL INN SUITES EXTENDED STAY hotel, which I made a reservation for 22 days on and paid in cash, on the 7th day. Since the first day, the ventilation was not working and therefore the smoke in the bathroom was coming from the next room. I was an asthmatic and could not sleep in the room until the morning. Cockroaches were everywhere in the hotel, bedbugs bit me, the dirt and smell could not be stopped. Finally, and the worst part, the water was cut off all day long, so I couldn't go to the meeting that I was supposed to take a shower, do my hair, and go that day. I had to buy water from the market to go to the toilet in the hotel, where the water was cut off all day. I could not believe what I experienced. Then I sent them an e-mail and told them that I was not staying at the hotel and wanted them to refund my money, but they never answered me. I wrote the situation to the BBB hotel complaint website and they contacted me and the hotel promised to pay them through booking, but then they kept me busy and wasted time and did not refund my money. I tried to contact them many times and they never came back.THEY ANSWERED BOOKING, CALL ME SO WE CAN GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK, BUT IF YOU CONTACT ME, LET ME KNOW!!! . SOMEONE NAMED MIKE IS INTERESTED IN. THEY SAID TO CONTACT ME TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. HE HAS NOT ANSWERED THE PHONE SINCE IT WAS CLEAR THAT WE WERE CALLING. MIKE IS MISSING!!! FOR THIS REASON, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK AND YOU WILL BE DECEIVED..

Better off sleeping in your car! Disgusting room. Not at all what is advertised. Sketchy people around. Everything broken. If it wasnt a emergency, i wouldnt have stayed. Elevator tried to close on me as I exited and the safety bar didnt stop it. Only two towels. One tiny round of soap. Tissue dispenser empty. Stains in carpet. Lights flickering. And you had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet.

Never book with Priceline - the customer service is horrible & backs up these hotels. This place is inaccurate rated. It should be banned as an Extended Stay. It’s an unsafe area. The office manager is never at the hotel to help with information. Don’t book with Priceline - they took the money & paid the hotel, even though I didn’t not stay there.

Unsafe When we pulled in there were two ambulances and three cops. There were some homeless people with shopping carts at the lobbby doors that were locked with a note on the door that read call security to get a key. We decide to go somewhere else and they still charged my card. I've alerted my bank about the charge. To expect people to put their families in an unsafe environment like that place is bullcrap. I'll be taking to the BBB asap.

MOST HORRIFIC It was the MOST horrific inn that we have ever stayed in. Once we got there, the office was closed and we had to call a number for someone to bring us the key. After 5 minutes, someone showed up in a questionable car, covering his entire face and handed in the card to the room. It looked more like a drug pick up rather than signing up for a motel. After that, we were so tired that we just took our luggages to go to the room. On our way, we noticed urination, dirty clothes and garbages on the pathway and stairs. Opening the room was like walking into a crime scene. The two chairs and bed covers looked liked having all sorts of bodily fluid stains on them. The towels seemed to be used. Themostat was broken. Door chain and locking mechanism seems to be broken. We immediately wanted to go back to our car and leave, but the area and some of the characters we had seen on our way to the room made us afraid of our safety leaving the room at that time of the night. So, we ended up blocking the door from inside with chairs. We slept with full clothing since the beds were so filthy we did not wish to touch. In the morning, we had to leave early and go to our next destination to take a shower. If we were not so worried about leaving the room immediately, we would have been better off sleeping in the car in a safer neighborhood. STAY AWAY from this horrific place.
