A good bet for sightseeing Brilliant location for the Inner Stadt sights with a tram stop supermarkets and bakery around the corner. An easy, flat walk to Parlament, Rathaus and museums. Our room was a good size with a/c and/or opening windows. Only issue was the " design" gave some form over function features eg: towel rail that doesnt really accommodate towels dressing mirror hidden behind chair and table. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Didn't eat here so cannot comment. Bakery around the corner was excellent for breakfast.

A friendly place in a great location Just a quick overnight in the beautiful city of Vienna; one of my favourites. I chose the Levante because we were arriving late afternoon and travelling onward the following lunchtime and thus wanted somewhere close to the bits everyone wants to see. At first sight the Levante looks a bit austere…like it’s been transplanted from 1980s Leningrad. Inside though it’s very good and has a nice vibe. The staff we spoke with were really friendly and helpful, the room though small was comfortable and well designed and furnished. We didn’t do breakfast as there are a lot of good cafes nearby. The bar was shut on Sunday night so we couldn’t try it - a shame as the courtyard it’s in looked great when lit up. It’s 5-10 minutes walk to Rathaus, Hofburg, etc. The score is based on its fantastic location and its friendly staff

First time but not last First time in Vienna, Hotel staff were very happy to see us after a long delay with flight, room was big and clean with all we needed for a 4 day stay , our room overlooked a courtyard so was quiet at night , Alexandria on reception was super helpful and her English was excellent, her tips on where to visit and finding out fan zones for the football was spot on . Hotel is in the best area for museum quarter and sight seeing bus tours , we took a two day pass at E90 for two and used the bus to get all around the capital , enjoyed a trip down the canal and many of the amazing buildings. Back to hotel Breakfast was vast and fresh and we were looked after by Nicoleena ( I hope that was her name) she was friendly and made sure we knew our options every breakfast time . Must mention the drinking water.. it’s fantastic .. and all over the city are refilling stations with cold steam jets to keep you cool . Such a clean city with amazing views from all streets , coffee and cakes on every corner .. we shall return as so much more to see and do . Tip for lunch , find a local Spar They have fresh sandwiches cakes etc at take away prices find a park (there are plenty ) get some local wine and enjoy .

Very good Very good location, close to the subway, museums and pedestrian, the room is big, spacious, the main inconvenience was the bathroom, long and narrow. Complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee (which should have been but weren't... I wanted a coffee but I only found a decaffeinated capsule...). Rich breakfast, you can order dishes based on eggs, pancakes or others. Champagne at breakfast. The extremely attentive staff, they were always circulating among the tables to make sure everything was perfect, that nothing was missing.
