Most pleasant week spent in Tysons Everything was great but above all the superb service we received from the Operations Manager Ralph Mensah: he was absolutely the best. I used to live in Tysons but moved to Florida in 2017 and needed a place to stay for some medical follow ups in the area. Bed was comfortable ( we asked for non feather pillows etc ) and everything was quite pleasant especially the location,

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Convenient location. Staff was very nice. Close to iNova hospital center, Tysons Corner Center mall (the one with food court & restaurants). I’m not sure you could walk to Tysons Galleria mall. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy. Lobby bar had people in it, with TVs - if you’re into that kind of thing. Great location for walking to Tysons Center mall - it’s kind of hard to find the walkway to get there, and the Exec Chef Santucci saw us trying to figure out how to get there & he walked out with us & showed us. Pls thank him. The did have coffee in the lobby until like 10:30 am, I don’t think it was free. There’s a Starbucks in Tysons. And a Keurig with coffee & tea in the room. Room had hair dryer, ironing bd & iron. Would stay here again.

Shocking experience… I felt like because I was from Priceline they treated me differently… From my check in to not following through when I asked for my room to be serviced… They also, after not granting my request for my room to be serviced when I called they asked me what time did I call to ask for my room to be cleaned and then housekeeping tried to come in my room at 9:30 the next morning… Hopefully, it was because of Priceline and not because I am a woman of Color.. maybe both… By the way, I have been a manager in hotels for 22 years… in all of my training sometimes heads in beds is why you put your hotel on sites like Priceline…

Beautifully Renovated This is a gorgeous Marriott. It has obviously been recently renovated and everything is pristine. Our room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. We stayed on a Sunday night and didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Aynur at the front desk was warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Overall we had a great stay and this will definitely be our hotel of choice when we’re in the DC area!

Perfectly Renovated - Offering Great Service! While staying an evening (staycation) in Tysons for dinner (so we can Uber to/from dining out and not have to drive all the way back home) we stayed here… it had been about 10 years since we were last here and it was just a “typical Marriott” as I recalled…. In fact, we stopped searching for the plain Marriott chain when looking for places to stay because they’re all the same, basic, usually in need of updating and offering smelly soaps in the rooms. But this one REALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! When got there on a Saturday to check in and unfortunately, the Tyson’s area had a massive power outage the day before, shuttering the computer and all technology in this hotel. So, they had to use paper forms to check us in, but they were very apologetic and helpful throughout the process, and they were as efficient as possible. You never really think much about how automated everything in a hotel is nowadays until it all stops working! A security guard has to escort each guest to their room and use the master key to get us in. The TV doesn’t work well, if at all. And the check-in/out process is non-existent. But again, the staff here did an OUTSTANDING JOB compensation for this! The property and rooms looked so new (recently renovated) that there was even still protective plastic coating on a fixture in the bathroom! It was so clean, we felt like we were the first to stay in our room! The lobby was obviously clean and new and all the seating comfy and very nice. Their lobby restaurant and bar were really nice and covid-friendly (for those hung up on that) too. The bedding was excellent and very comfy! Everyone we encountered were very friendly, smiling and saying hi! Towels were new and outstanding! Overall, we REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY and will definitely return!
