Holiday Inn Express Vincennes by IHG

Great place to stay and relax. Breakfast was outstanding Room was very clean. All necessary items were available, hair dryer, hair soap and conditioner along with shower soap. Hotel was near restaurants and easy to find. Breakfast was great, good selection of food. Staff was very efficient and cordial. Lots of maps and information available for the area

Kids, kids, kids We waited 20 minutes for someone to come check us in. Also could not use pool due there being a kids birthday party (advance notice before booking would have been nice that the pool would be loaded with kids). Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast Clean rooms with all facilities. I booked room in the last moment I was confused while booking but after going there everything is fine and staff treated me well. Chill place to enjoy within the town.

Awful customer service Made a reservation for Multiple rooms on a specific date. Rrao confirmed the date and the number of rooms. Even received an email confirmation, but less than a week before check in Rrao call me and said he made a mistake for my stay and now rooms were not available. He suggested that I pay full price for rooms that would not accommodate my party even though he made the mistake. He spoke to his supervisor Wish Patel and they were not going to make any considerations for my stay and they would just cancel my reservation. I am in a tough situation now as there are not many quality hotels in the area. I am of the thought that when a reservation in confirmed you are set, now I am stuck without a place to stay with my event less than a week away. Rrao admitted to his mistake and his supervisor Wish was not helpful at all. DO NOT under any circumstances book a room here unless you want unprofessional treatment. Spend your money at your own risk. They may or may not have a room for you and if it is there fault, they take an oh well attitude. I have never been treated so unfairly. BUYER BEWARE because they don't care about you.

Wonderful stay for a day, or a month! This hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate, several restaurants & gas stations, even a liquor store across the road within walking distance! The rooms are very neat & clean, including the bathroom, which is a must for me!
