Staff Rocked it! Good, Bad and the Ugly.. Seat broke on exercise bike, dumbells go up to 50 lbs., but workout room spotless! Only has an indoor pool, don't know how I missed it. On Sunday night, pool was kinda gross and smelled like Shea Butter, which I got in my mouth. Was excellent rest of week but mighty stuffy in there. Breakfast-Scrambled eggs kinda sucked watery and salty, chicken sausage patties were disgusting, wife and son loved them though. Omelets and Bacon good as were waffles. Staff kept place spotless and filled up. Unsung heroes. Bar-Awesome staff and bartenders, gave tips about the area and good times watching baseball games. Room- Good, as expected, no lock on bathroom door, beds firm enough, personal thermostat for room! Would definitely stay again, staff deserves all the credit, they were amazing _

2 Out of 5 Stars I wrote a review earlier, this place was first of all Name incorrect, pictures misleading, There were no Bikes, Pool was Filthy, no continental breakfast, they did have coffee at times, rooms ac not so great, we were on bottom floor and you cannot go out to the beach that way cause you can't lock door or use key on door to get back in that way, which is the reason you get a room on bottom floor, and finally parking, not enough spaces.

Disappointing after a 5 hour drive. The room was comfortable and clean. I would have liked better lighting. It didn't appear that they dusted but it was overall clean in the room. The view was wonderful and the patio did have some beach sand left from the previous person. but it was great to sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast was ok, it was better on Monday but felt that it went downhill afterward. The restaurant was used as the complimentary breakfast for seating and the tables were not wiped down often. If so it was in a figure 8 wipe with the same towel. The restaurant was often staffed with one person which made the wait times longer. One person came in to complain about the wait but was not able to get a refund. I got charged for parking even though the hotel emailed me that the parking was complimentary. Booking and the hotel told me they would refund me but as of today there was another change and no manager has returned my calls. The pool area was extremely warm, kind of like a sauna, and it had excessive amounts of chlorine in it. The restaurant door to the kitchen was left open several times when I walked by. Overall a good trip the elevators worked and the staff was nice but with the issues I experienced, I would not stay there again.

Typical Hampton Inn, plus oceanfront rooms overlooking boardwalk Standard Hampton breakfast with hot stuff, cereal, waffles, bagels, etc. Rooms overlook the boardwalk. Room was fine. Clean beds, bathroom, etc. Was not trying to do work so cannot comment on the lighting or work spaces in the room. Walkable to a Duck Donuts, higher end restaurants (e.g. Chops and Catch 31), lower-cost restaurants (e.g. Dough Boys Pizza), and an escape room business (which we liked). One caveat: They now charge for parking. They did not charge when we have stayed there before so did not notice this when booking. There was plenty of onsite parking when we were there.

Beach visit Hotel is nice. We had a beach front room and loved it. The air conditioner works great (although we did have to rinse off the air filter). Glad it was one that could be washed. I did ask for an allergy friendly room, since it was pet friendly , but they do not have any. She said if there is an animal that stays in the room, they run the ozone machine for 6 hrs. Breakfast was good. Parking is $20. It is right beside the hotel so it is convenient. We did not have any elevator problems as some people mentioned in their reviews. I would stay again. We never moved our car. We were able to find everything we needed within walking distance.
