Great spa and afternoon tea experience We visited this hotel for a morning reviver spa experience which included afternoon tea.
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely surroundings and scenery.
We were greeted by Mo in the spa and she explained everything to us and made us feel welcome.
She could not do enough for us and was very helpful.
We both had a hot stone massage and the therapist's were very professional and caring and I would highly recommend the treatment.
We made use of all the spa facilities which were clean and tidy and the outdoor hot tubs have a great view of the lake and golf course.
Afternoon tea was nice but we feel it could do with improving with more options to keep it up with the standard of the spa.
Thanks again Mo for looking after us and making our visit special we will be coming back again.

Nice location Staff and location brilliant,on arrival we couldn't check in till 3pm which was not a problem at all. But when we got to our room we needed towels,toilet roll and fan.(no air conditioning)very hot day. This was resolved. But the room was filthy.. see pictures.

Highly recommend I had such a wonderful experience at this spa! From the moment I arrived, the service was amazing and so welcoming. A special thank you to Cat and Georgie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were professional, attentive, and made the whole visit so relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful visit to Waterton Park Spa We had a wonderful afternoon on 13th August at the Spa.

Nice evening out Cat in the spa was lovely and friendly. The spa itself is starting to look tired and could do with a refresh. Otherwise it was a nice evening with friends
