Relaxing Morning We had the most wonderful morning at Waterton Park Hotel & Spa and honestly couldn’t fault a thing.
The spa facilities were beautiful – clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm and welcoming.
A special mention has to go to Mo, who was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel completely looked after.
Highly recommend for anyone needing a proper treat!

Great Value Spa access We went for the morning spa access session. The hot tubs outside are lovely with nice views and are very clean. The staff are so friendly and bring drinks to the hot tub. We then went in the pool and steam room and sauna.
The lunch was lovely.
Really good value and Mo and the team are all very friendly and welcoming.

Brilliant receptionist An initial mix up with our booking was quickly, expertly and kindly sorted by Sophie, the receptionist. What a wonderful staff member the hotel has in this young woman. She was personable and attentive throughout our stay and went out of her way to make sure our time here was enjoyable. Thank you Sophie

wonderful winter warmer A wonderful winter warmer treat, my massage with Alicia was amazing. Can't thank her enough for making me feel so relaxed and blissed out...the aim of the visit! All staff were wonderful, attentive and looked after us so well on out visit. Thank you!!!
