Faultless spa break I was given the solo 1 night spa break as a birthday present and it was faultless from beginning to the end- great spa experience , lovely bedroom and great food all in lovely surroundings

A very disappointing stay. On our arrival in our room, we had no towels or bottled water. After asking reception for towels, nothing happened for over three hours, when Sophie on reception came to our rescue. Back in the room, which was very grubby (all surfaces sticky and dusty). The room was very warm, but we could only keep the windows open using the room bible and a coat hanger. The bottom of the bath was badly marked and the shower screen was filthy. Basically the room is very tired and in need of attention. The staff especially Sophie and Ellie were very helpful and got us through our stay which was a big let down (the area is beautiful).

A fantastic beautiful place and service Amazing afternoon tea and spa in this wonderful place. Three hours of fun that we can do with more . We used all spa facilities and had afternoon tea beforehand which was brilliant . A great value for money Isabel’ Isabella or Izzy they call her’ was such a wonderful person with unmatched service and attention, and so the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly ( Yorkshire people!) . A big thank you from us _

A wonderful end to a hard week We visited the restaurant and spa as a family. Husband and I, grown up son and his girlfriend. The food and service was great in the restaurant. Very friendly and quick. We had a lovely walk around the garden and lake and then went for our twighlight spa access. The changing rooms have recently been refurbished and look very swish. All lockers appeared to be working and there was plenty of room for changing. The hot tubs were lovely and warm, very relaxing. Cat and Ellie looked after us really well. You can approach them with any questions or requests and you will always get a warm friendly response. Drinks ordered were brought very fast and the rose and malbec wine we tried was lovely. We all enjoyed our evening, just what we all needed after a hard week at work. Thoroughly relaxing. Thank you!!
