Good find for the dogs Best dog area at a hotel in Walla Walla. It’s a park like setting on Mill Creek! They have fresh dog water in the lobby, give you treats at check in and have a small fenced area as well. I don’t really care if furnishings are outdated as long as it’s clean with a comfy bed. Also the pool and hot tub are very nice. Tip: even numbered rooms are the creek side. Avoid room 211 behind the brick pillar. Con: both mornings there were people sleeping in their cars outside and coming in for breakfast. Never seen that before. Would stay again and probably will! Shout out to Omar for being pleasant and informative at the front desk.

Never Ever Again— Rude Staff Stay anywhere else- just not here! We booked 2 nights & we have stayed here before! Upon check-in, I inquired about housekeeping for the next day. I was given a small little sheet and told to fill it out and put it on my door before 11 AM the next day. The next day, before we left our room, I put the tiny little sheet on the door knob outside, asking for our room to be cleaned. we arrived back at our room at about 3 PM. Nothing was cleaned in our room. Nothing!! I went down to the front desk to inquire and was told there were no clean towels in the hotel whatsoever!. I acted surprised as I have never been in a hotel, and was told there are no cleaned towels. All I needed to be told was “So sorry and we will be right there to clean your room.” Instead, I was accused of not having my little piece of paper out by 11 AM. I was told that the housekeeper who happened to be right next-door when we left could not enter our room?? I was told that some people reuse their towels. Nothing made sense and so I went back up to our room & less than one minute – I got a knock at our door. Before me were the two ladies that were making excuses at the front desk. They were holding the little slip of paper that I had filled out and told I did it incorrectly. They said they didn’t know what to clean in my room. I said if you came in my room, you would’ve seen the dirty towels in the bathtub and that the garbage needed to be emptied. Again, I was told they could not enter my room. I said there was “no do not disturb” sign anywhere. They kept going on and on. They claimed I was being hostile and they didn’t have to to deal with me. I said OK and told them “just leave clean towels by the door.” But, at this point, I was so frustrated that my husband and I packed up our things, checked out at the front desk, and headed over to the Hampton Inn. I immediately canceled the three nights that I had booked for August at this place. Never again —so run – do not walk away from this Comfort Inn. By the way - I found 2 hairs in the fridge when we first entered our room & gunk coming out of the bar sink in our room. Gross!

Good basic place to stay This place is a good, basic place to stay for a short term visit. We were there for a girls weekend to do wine tasting. It was clean and close to town which is what we wanted. Easy to travel to various wineries. The free breakfast was great and saved us some money. There were lots of kids here so it’s family friendly. There’s a coffee shop in the same parking lot if you want to get a latte or coffee drink. It is also pet friendly which I don’t prefer, but it seemed pretty clean. I would likely stay here again if I revisit Walla Walla.

Go anywhere accept here! The worst air conditioning in history, we thought it might be just our room until asking other guests, several other guests, air conditioning was so bad it never dropped below 78 in the room. Never again. Truly a miserable experience.

Great Services The manager, Charli, has done everything she can to make a group of traveling healthcare professionals feel welcomed, we appreciate our "home away from home". Daniel, the wine and food expert, what an amazing guy. He has passion and love for his job and even gives great recommendations. The staff are friendly and very helpful! The back patio with firepit is awesome, enjoying drinks and the creek outside is a beautiful ending to long days. Breakfast, Wow! Waffles, French toast, fresh fruit, several different types of eggs, and more. This is a step above other hotel breakfast. Great hotel, great location and the staff are truly are the best in the area.
