Quality Inn

Stay away If I could give anyone any advice, please stay away from this hotel. I attempted to check in late after I had pre-booked months before. I am a person with a disability. And I also have a service animal, which I checked on before I pre-booked the room. Once I arrived, the desk clerk told me that he could not give me the accessible room because it was not pet friendly. I said I do not have a pet. I said it’s a service animal not a pet, he said it’s a pet. I said four times. It wasn’t a pet. He called the manager and asked the manager if it was OK if I stayed there in that room. Keep in mind that this is 11:30 PM. He came back to me and said yes you can stay in that room as long as you keep it clean and don’t get dog hair all over the place. I didn’t bother to say anything to him because we were tired from driving all day. I opened the door to my room and it was immediately faced with a smell of mould. I went into the bathroom to check things over and there was black mould on the wall. Also, a cockroach was flying behind the shower curtain. I went back down to the front desk and I said this room is not acceptable. I would like to have another room. He said we have your original room upstairs however that’s not accessible. I said can I go have a look at it to see if I can manage for the night? He called the manager again. They said that was OK. He gave me the keys. I attempted the 500 foot walk with my walker. Then the desk clerk came running up the stairs and said ma’am I’m sorry. I have to get the keys back from you. I rented the room to somebody else. Don’t ever stay at this place. It’s a dump, there’s empty cups and beer cans all over the place outside. There is even a random barbeque sitting in the middle of the parking lot. Pay the extra money and stay at a Hampton Inn or somewhere else that cares about their customers. I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from but this place because it is an absolute dump. Stay away.

Great stay Rooms are clean and comfortable. This was a halfway point for us to our final destination and we will be staying here on the way back. Check in was fast and the breakfast was great for us. The location is by the exit of I-95 and it is convenient for us to get back on the highway.

Don't stay here. The room was fairly clean, but not enough for me. The bathtub needed a good scrubbing. I did not shower there. The hair dryer cord looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. Except for a new carpet, the furnishings were shabby. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again.

Stay somewhere else! This is not a 3 Star hotel by any means, the good reviews must be written by the staff and friends. The room was not really clean, one towel was just used and refolded, there were 2 hair dryers but it was actually the outlet on the vanity did not work, the blinds don't completely close for privacy, fortunately I had hair clips. The hotel appears to attract local workers the back was a big beer party that you could hear in the front as well. As I was checking out another guest was telling the staff about the roaches in their room. My advise stay somewhere else.

shady quality inn horrible! checked in at 430pm,, besides the room being disgusting. with a smell, we stayed cause we where tired, at 1130 pm while trying to sleep the room next to us was very loud and alot of yelling and banging ,, sounded like maybe handicap child. at 12;30 am i went to front desk all doors locked and saw a very nice clerk that i explained the situation too, she apologized to me but said they r sold out.. she coulnt give me another room..so i had to check out and get another hotel room across the street. she told me to call back the next day and speak to the manager mr kay,, i tried to call 100x and gentelman was never in.. they started to block my phone number. so i reached out to choice hotels that represents them, they asssured me i was getting a $33 refund . i believe that was crazy because i didnt stay the whole visit. it has been 20 days still no refund,, still no contact with manager of hotel. i would not ever use this quailty inn.. this inn is owner privately. according to choice hotels.. think twice before you stay.
