Clean and comfortable stay I've booked a few times in the past month, a total of four rooms, and all have been clean with minor issues to report. 2 had maintenance issues. One was resolved quickly and one was never truly resolved but maintenance made an attempt. I didn't bother to report until leaving that the situation remained unresolved as I didn't want to continuously be bothered when trying to work virtually. My rooms I was promised were given away on one of my visits which caused a minor issue however I could deal with it. Also I wish that linen was consistently provided for the sofa beds without asking. We arrived late and I just ended up sharing pillows from one of the beds but it's an ongoing problem. The closets should have blankets and pillows. The sheets were already on the bed, however one of the beds was missing the flat sheet. Again, didn't bother to request as it was late and we were tired. We made due. One thing I noticed is that the breakfast and reception were sorely lacking. Didn't attend the reception but I'm usually given drink tickets at check in at Embassy suites and realized that none were offered. Walked past during the evening reception one night and the fare looked very thin. Again, that's okay because I rarely go to the evening receptions however I have stayed at a few Embassy suites in the past that have had very nice receptions. That was pre covid and I wonder if that is now a thing of the past. Breakfast however, is something that I would have loved a little variety at. Every day was the same thing. Eggs, potatoes, chicken sausage. Of course the omelet was an option however the omelet station did not offer strips of bacon as a side as found in many Embassy suites. I also noticed that bananas were only available on the weekend and on one weekend morning I was lucky enough to score a croissant. All of that is fine but after a few days the inability to mix up the hot options a bit gets redundant. Bacon, a waffle or pancake, a boiled egg, etc would have been nice. For a short stay it's good though. cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, oranges, small pastries, and watermelon/cantaloupe/honey dew melon were also options. Still I've seen some great options at some Embassy suites but sadly this wasn't one of them. Best part was the staff. All were amazing. Between the staff and the clean rooms I'd stay again despite the minor issues pointed out.

Lovely breakfast and close to city The Breakfast was amazing! The omelette cook was a nice gentlemen who took a lot of abuse from some customers all while keeping his happy polite conversation with all patrons. The first room I was given had not been cleaned, had someone's dirty clothes left and smelled like an ashtray blew up all over the room. Our second room assigned by lovely front desk barely had towels but was clean and the front desk made sure to rectify it asap. Over all Staff is great, but housekeeping needs to do better!

Suite Hotel! I couldn't be more pleased with my stay here. My daughter was moving into BU and we had all of our shipments sent to the hotel. This generosity wasn't unnoticed. When we got there the desk agent(only 3 months on the job) showed us how amazing she is with her kindness and help throughout our stay. The distance to campus was perfect and the rate for our stay was amazing. This property deserves your business.

Do Not Stay Here! YOU WILL REGRET IT. The Hotel is Disgisting! I've been here less than twenty four hours, and I don't even know where to begin. I guess I should start with having dinner in the restaurant downstairs. The food was okay and I paid the check and we went upstairs. So I fell asleep around 11 PM after a 6 hour drvie from NYC that should have taken 3.5. I fall asleep and the room phone rings. Apparently the waiter had given me the wrong check, which I had already paid. There were 3 tables, and he gave me the wrong check. Fine, it happens. He wanted me to come down and take care of it right then and there. Seriously? Strike one. I told him to leave it with the front desk and I would deal in the morning. So we get into bed, and the pillows reek of cheap perfume, which wasn't mine, since I don't wear perfume, or was it my wife's. They hadn't changed the linens from the last guest. Ew, right? So in the morning I went down to the front desk and asked to please make sure they changed the linens. I also asked the head of housekeeping as well. Just to make sure I made a couple of small pen marks on the inside of a couple of pillows and in a corner of the sheet. So we went out for the day and came back to what appeared to be a clean room. Housekeeping cleaned the room, but didn't change the linens, again. The pen marks were still there! (See pictures) Finally I complained to the front desk, again. And the Hilton Honors rep on site. Finally they sent some guy to change the linens, which he did, but he took all the pillows. Now we have clean sheets, but no pillows...
