Cheap But No Toilet Tissue Resupply Cons 1. No resupply toilet tissue available. Front desk was very courteous but there was nothing that could be done. Something about local manager in a feud with district manager who was retaliating by denying toilet tissue supply. We wound up going out and purchasing toilet tissue ourselves. 2. Coffeemaker available but no supplies for it (filters, coffee, sweeteners). Front desk was very courteous but there was nothing that could be done. 3. No hot breakfast. Only prepackaged small muffins and oatmeal. Coffee was hot. Pros 1. Very cheap price: 50% of their hotel competitors (but next time, I think we will pay the money). 2. Derek was very helpful in helping us escape the original room assignment that reeked of cigarette odor (suppose to be no-smoking building), and not adequately clean. The new room was clean, smelled fresh, and was odor free. 3. Free parking but fills up fast and only 2 handicapped spots.

Don't stay here. Do not recommend this hotel. From the used condoms in the parking lot to the lock on my room door that didn't work. Ick. The room smelled like smoke and was musty. The refrigerator was non stop loud all night, cheap platform bed, loud hallway noises and arguing all night. And no trashcan in the room which was very odd. Look elsewhere.

Should be burned to the ground!!! A sin!! The worst experience ever. I have pictures to substantiate claims. I would like my money back as they have a nerve charging to stay in this slum ghetto dump.. The poor gentleman ahead of us got hassled that his handicapped wife who lives her life in a wheelchair supposedly didn request a handicapped room. I find that hard to believe!! Only excuses, no solution or satisfaction.. the next two guys presented a printed reservation and are informed that they are not in the computer! This happens more than we would like but you probably booked through a third party so sorry but go away can’t help you. We check in, are told no partying, drugs, alcohol, excessive noise and if you break anything YOU ARE GOING TO PAY.. I couldn’t find anything to break because everything was already broken. Bed horrible. Furniture I swear from second hand store it found free on side of road!! Shower disgusting MOLD ALL OVER!! Front desk said no maintenance staff. Toilet leaking from base all over floor thought we might drown. Didn’t expect swimming pool in our bathroom.. towel rack pitted and rusted; I mean come on, an $8 item at Home Depot, drawer pulls half off or completely missing, air conditioner ventilation housing bent, crushed, nasty!! Below acceptable standards!! I’ve seen dog boarding kennels better kept and hotel rooms in the slums of West Memphis TN that we’re like the Ritz Carlton compared to this pig sty disaster!! I didn’t bother to complain because there was no possibility of correcting deficiencies!! We paid $50 to check in four hours early at the Hyatt House right next door just to escape this nightmare. Burn this place to the ground. Have no right to be in business!! Disgusting, disappointing, so sub par should not be allowed to operate. Should be ashamed and embarrassed!! What a pig style!!!

Why would you want to Extend your stay When we first walk in there was an smell that reminded me of a hot sheets motel. When we got to the room I could tell it was not going to be a good stay. I had to use the bathroom and first thing I noticed was there was something that looked like hair or a bug on the towel, the tub had hair all in it the toilet had a small poop stain on the back of the seat the room looked as it had not been cleaned in months. Towels had a yellow stains on them. The pulled out couch mattress and what we found was something that you can not make up, a finger nail on the bottom of the mattress food crumbs on it the stains oh my good food wrappers and crumbs behind the it I mean it was a complete mess. If it was not for the fact that my wife and I are here to see our daughter in school we would have left. The night guy did bring up some cleaning supplies but that’s not our job to have to clean a room up that I paid for for a weekend. The morning clerk 1st took about 15 minutes before she got to the front desk and then was very dismissive when I asked to speak with the manager and said she will not be here then she said I will text her to see if she was coming in. Then said that she will have housekeeping address the room issues or see if she could move us!!??? I think you get the picture of what we had to deal with.

Terrible My experience at this location has made me never want to stay at another Extended Stay ever again. When we checked in there was no a room ready for us and then when we did get a room it was dirty. There were belongings from previous guests left behind, visible spills on surfaces, stains everywhere, the floors were dirty and sticky and the bathtub hadn't been cleaned. During our 34 night stay the hotel was falling into disrepair. The common areas and hallways were never vacuumed or cleaned once. There was often small pieces of trash or dropped candy that would sit in the same spot for a week. The laundry room kept being flooded and there were several broken machines. We had clothing shredded in the one working washer. The door handle to the fitness room was broken so that when you tried to open the door to leave the whole thing would come off in your hand and you couldn't open the door. At the end of our hall there was a broken AC unit that looked like it had been ripped off the wall and left there in pieces. The key card reader on the rear door of the hotel also did not work. The fire alarm went off 6 times during the last 2 weeks and at one point it went off 3 times in 24 hours. At no point did the hotel manager make any announcement or send any communication about what was happening or if we should be concerned about the increasingly frequent alarms. The font desk is always empty regardless of the time. Every Sunday while we were there our key cards would stop working and we would be locked out of our room. If that is standard policy that was never communicated. Additionally, we paid for 30 days of enhanced WiFi which was terrible quality and would constantly go down only to find out when the 30 days were up and we were back on the free WiFi that the speeds were exactly the same. Overall, this location is poorly run, very dirty, not well maintained, and over all a very unpleasant place to stay. I would discourage anyone from staying there.
