Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area

Stay away from it! This hotel ruined our trip from the very first second. We entered the room and the smell hit us from the door. Some kind of disinfectant of some sort, meant probably to cover other smells. The room was cold so we wanted to warm it up a little, but when we set the temperature at 70 degrees, a bunch of cockroaches showed up. We went to the Front Desk and told them what happened. The young lady was surprised to hear that (later on I found out she was a new hire), but the manager dod not even blink. He checked us out right away. No apologies, not even the slightest effort to try and find us another room. So, here's how we ended up looking for a hotel room in Warner Robins at 10pm. The next morning, our son was to compete in a swim competition, early in the morning.

Unacceptable and atrocious I booked this location in early 2023 for a family reunion that was occurring the weekend of June 23, 2023. Over the phone, the staff was personable and accommodating. The room I booked was two bedrooms and two queen-bed suites (Room 186). Upon arriving on June 23, 2023, I noticed that the air conditioners were only operative in the living room and one bedroom ( the temperature of both would only go down to 60 degrees.) The other bedroom's air conditioner did not work at all. I called the front desk to alert them of the situation. However, Erica (?) did not understand why other staff gave me that room as they ALL knew that the air conditioner was broken and she would try to get us moved to a new room. I did not receive any contact from the staff that night. I went to speak with them about the situation. I was told they could not move us and could only give a refund for that night IF I checked out right then. I told her this was unacceptable as this was their fault for reserving that room. They knew that I had a two-night booking for the family reunion and that moving was not feasible. Erica stated that she could not do anything, but Chris, the manager, would call me Monday, and as of this message (4:30 Monday evening), NO ONE has contacted us. This is unacceptable to allow the room to be reserved and then blame the client. I will tell others about the atrocious accommodation and the significant damage to the room to dissuade them from booking at this hotel.

Better First Time Around So Many Other To Choose From Been here last year. Think it is time for some upgrades. The staff is very nice but, the room was so dark not enough lights. The toilet keeps running and is very rusty inside. The breakfast has also gone downhill. Not always sausage and biscuits. Eggs were cold one morning and then they ran out of everything on Sunday. Very close to all the restaurants. Bikers were there the weekend we stayed nosey but, very nice. Even offered a ride on one LOL. With so many motels to choose from better upgrade soon. Price is good.

DISGUSTING! - DUSTY FURNITURE - STAINED WALLS - DEAD ROACHES - URINE ON TOILET I am a Choice hotel member and have stayed MANY times over the years with this chain. This is absolutely my WORST experience with ANY Choice hotel. I was stunned at how dirty the property is and the level of professionalism from the staff. I was booked for 4 days and checked out the next morning. I was billed an "early departure" fee.

Disappointing, Downhill Since Last Stay Originally, this was the better choice locally during our last trip this way. The only downside before was a huge pothole that ate up one of the convenient parking spaces. It has been fixed since then(!) but this hotel is badly in need of an overall facelift. Lady at reception desk was friendly but not a great reflection on staffing with her tank top and shorts, mostly sitting on the curb, smoking. The rooms smelled musty and needed a good cleaning. Bathroom was fairly clean. Breakfast room was minimal and the real downside was the construction workers staying there, playing loud music and yelling, running around until about 2AM. Asked reception why no local channels had sound, she said their cable contract did not include them, so if closed captioning was used, you could read the dialog. Wow . . .
