Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

Close to base very friendly We stopped in to see family and got a good rate and a clean quiet room. I enjoyed my rest and a quick breakfast before we left the next morning. There was some remodeling work going on, but not while we were there.

Good Restaurant Next Door This Comfort Inn was above average of all of their properties that I've stayed at. It seemed fairly new. everything was very clean. The staff were very professional and efficient. The parking lot was a little small but I got in before it filled up. My room was comfortable and quiet. There are many restaurants on this street, so no worries about where to eat. There's even a very good fast food restaurant that's cheap and next door. within easy walking distance. It's a Cook-Out. The motel did not offer breakfast. That was the only bad thing.

Uncomfortable Suites The two people at the check in desk were absolutely wonderful. The room is spacious and clean. The toilet was turned off for some reason, but I turned the water back on at the valve. The bedding looked clean & inviting. The bed felt extremely firm. I went out to dinner, and there were plenty of chain restaurants and stores to choose from- extremely convenient location. Went to bed and the bed was unusually firm, so tried sleeping on my stomach. Woke up thinking “I slept through the night!” Nope..that’s not the morning sun, it was 2am and so much light was coming through the window it was disorienting! I must have awakened a dozen times in the night in pain. I had no idea a hotel could have such uncomfortable beds. I have arthritis and my body hurts so much at 6am, I wish I could check into a different hotel, take muscle relaxers and pain medication and sleep all day, to try to relieve the pain & get some rest, but no. I have to drive 5 hours today! My back, hips & shoulders are screaming. This hotel should be called Uncomfortable Suites! I’m sitting in bed writing this at 6am and it hurts just to sit here. What the actual heck?? I gave a rating a 2 instead of a 1 because it’s relatively clean,affordable, convenient, and the staff was nice... but Holy Moses, is this bed uncomfortable! Let’s face it, comfortable sleep is the most important quality in a hotel. Unless you enjoy the FIRMEST of mattresses, choose another option.

Super clean room This facility is in a convenient, safe location and was extremely clean! The mattresses are very firm which I prefer but some don’t. The hotel is nicely updated and modern. Great restaurants and shopping close by.

Sleepless nights Next to reception is a lounge area with TV and chairs. Our room was above the atrium and the first night we came in from dinner and the tv was on but muted. Went to bed and the reception tv went on and stayed on all night blaring , we were being woken up all through the night ,including our young son. In the morning I complained and the receptionist said that shouldn’t happen and she would leave a note for the evening shift. Next night I asked the receptionist to please turn off the tv late at night but nothing ,exactly the same . This lady had a bad attitude ,I guess because she had got the note yet decided to ignore it and my request for some peace and quiet. I never saw anyone watching the tv ,it is only on for the receptionists enjoyment to the detriment of the guest. We were in room 222,so if you visit and want some sleep ,avoid this and rooms nearby .
