Terrible Smell, noisy and smoking people It says everywhere: non smoking hotel! However since you get in the elevator you notice a strong smoking smell. On the third floor is even worst. At the begging I thought it was an “old smell” on the carpets and walls BUT I realize during my first hours that people was smoking here, cause the smell got stronger like if someone was smoking next to me. I complaint at front desk but of course nothing happened. It is also very noisy here! Just if you are not on a budget and you suffer allergies DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Thanksgiving trip Stayed here for 7 nights over the week of Thanksgiving. Excellent experience. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Breakfast every day was great and kept stocked when it ran low. Cookies at night. Will definitely stay here again!

Solid Good one-night stay. No issues. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Check in went smooth. Check out was easy. Had a tiny bit of trouble turning the shower on. TV and AC were good. All the staff were hot.

Normally a good place to stay We have stayed here a number of times usually for few nights and this time was no exception. Breakfast met our expectations and check in and out was handled efficiently. Imagine our surprise however on entering our room for the third night of our stay only to find our room had not been made up (even though there was no privacy request on the door) and supplies were not replenished. We notified the front desk of this occurrence. The rest of our stay was without incident and we trust this was an isolated occurrence.

Amazing! This is by far my most favorite redroof inn, Connie at the front desk made me feel very welcome and is always very very kind and I can tell it's genuine I appreciate it makes me feel good _ the rest of the staff are nice as well and the rooms are impeccable, with the exception of the toilet which a tendency to run but I noticed that isn't uncommon in motels...
