Good times The hotel was nice and very clean. Mario was very helpful getting us a room and explaining to us how to use the facilities. He also was helpful sending us to good safe parking. The breakfast was nice. This review wants me to wrote 200 words which is odd.

Solid Choice After reading some of the reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. These are our observations. First off, if you're looking for the Ritz Carlton treatment, there's one down the street. But if you seek a safe, clean, comfortable hotel within walking distance to attractions, this is it. The staff members are kind and accommodating. The breakfast is ample and tasty. The hotel itself is relatively quiet, even being in the middle of the city. The building is secure and requires keyed entry at all times. We will stay here again when back in the area.

Great place to stay for family. The location is excellent. We are very happy with our visit to this hotel) This place is budget priced but has a great location. And with children here is safe to be) Nice staff, good service and atmosphere. Clean. Breakfasts included) The hotel staff also offer tea, coffee and lemonade near the reception desk. We liked it, if we are in Washington we will stay here again!

About a 4 out of 10 This hotel was one of the worst I’ve been to. Despite the staff being incredibly friendly, the room’s condition was less than pleasant. No bugs, but there were brown or red stains on the toilet that led me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned, and I had to call twice for the front desk to send somebody to clean it. There was also a cigarette burn on the seat. Further, the bedsheets were stained, and according to housekeeping, they’re all like that. Also, they only clean the sheets every four days. The blinds were dirty and the TV remote had some kind of crud and hair in it. Outside of the hotel itself, the neighborhood isn’t the safest, but that might just be what you sign up for with DC, I’m not sure. We saw a man limping and running out of liquor store nearby, a man walking around without his pants or underwear, and I generally felt unsafe carrying my valuables, so we Ubered to get downtown, it was about $10 per ride.

Very satisfied & highly recommend Central location, clean rooms, good breakfast, affordable, safe & a super helpful front desk agent "Darryl" who went out of the way to help us & others. Walking distance to Metro, bus stops & many other places. Highly recommend this place & I would stay here again during my next DC visit.
