Drugs, smoke and mold Does not match pictures in their ads, it's old, smells of drugs and smoke, and we found mold in the room. It was not worth the price, it was anything but luxury. We asked for refund and due to all the issues we add and we were told we could leave, but without a refund. But one of their staff was rude and not understanding as most millennials are these days, manager was unresponsive and uncooperative.

After I read that I tried to call the hotel, No answer. I contacted expedia, My credit card, And the insurance and still no luck A one. I have a stroke and I don't know how to read, I signed a agreement and I pushed cancel but instead pushed except and I got charged for the room, $1116. I tried to call expedia, The hotel, Credit card, And the insurance that I have on expedia, No luck for refunding my money. Don't stay at this hotel!!! It's not worth it for Handicap

This place doesn't care about the disabled Ridiculous cacellation policy. My wife booked a week at this hotel on Expedia more than 2 months before our scheduled stay. She found a better price at another place, and canceled here. The problem is, my wife has aphasia from a stroke that impacts her ability to read. She misread the cancellation policy, and was charged a nonrefundable fee equal to the booked stay! Absolutely refused to work with us to come to a resolution. This place obviously does not care about the disabled, and only about their profits. I would avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience The pictures look very different to the reality. We booked for a “luxury room” and got an old room with bad aspect and bad smell. 1 bed and a bad sofa. We couldn’t stay and left immediately. They definitely scam costumers with the post. They have not ramp for luggage, bad costumer service .

Discriminates against disabled guests without apology ! Horrendous customer service ! Conference attendee with Walker was unable to enter the hotel, even though it was advertised as accessible and the front desk staff was completely unsympathetic and offered to cancel the reservation at 11 o’clock at night without any help as to where else this person could go !!!!
