Customer service is horrible Their website stated that the water park would be open all day when we booked the reservation. got a call 4 days before from the reservation desk to confirm, they stated they would open the water park at 4pm. The whole point of our stay at this particular water park was to be able to enjoy the water park the entire day. Called customer service to complain and see what they could do for us, since it was their error. The staff at the reservation desk was so rude, not accommodating what so ever they even refused to give their name and hung up on me. Glad this happened before the stay.

Disappointed We stayed here on February 18, 2016. We were really looking forward to our stay but words can't express how disappointed we were in the hotel. I stay frequently at various chains throughout the year and this hotel was poorly maintained and very dirty - there were stains on the carpet thought out the room, the hallways had not been vacuumed in quit sometime, and worse of all we found a bug, the size of a quarter in our room. We were so disgusted with this hotel that we checked out at 8:30 am and decided to miss the opportunity to use the water park for the day. I have already discouraged friends from taking their children here. I cannot express enough how disappointed I was with the hotel, this will not be a place I will be visiting again unless it is remodeled.

Birthday party I didn't stay at the hotel, people say it's horrible. My family went there for a birthday party and everything was great. The water park was nice and clean, the food was good and the arcade games were okay although a few of them were out of order. Other than that we had a great time.

Horrible Horrible- Stay away! I must start by saying that the kids had a great time in the park. However, the room and amenities were sorely lacking. The carpets were dirty as were the linens. The pillows had no pillow cases on them (we had to wait at least 2 hours for them to bring us some). The sink and the tub in the bathroom kept filling with water with no VISIBLE evidence of clog. We had half a roll of toilet paper (which I assume was left over from the previous guests) for the entire weekend. The toilet in my cousin's room (adjoining mine) wouldn't flush. They promised to fix it the first day but never came. The toilet spontaneously overflowed the next morning and it was at this point that they decided to give her another room. The coffee maker in the room was dirty and looked like it had been that way for a while. I was afraid to touch it much less use it. If it wasn't for the disappointment on my kids faces i woukd have checked out right away. As for the service, it was worse than passable. No ice machines worked on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floors. When i went to the front desk for help I was told to go look for one on the 1st floor which was another joyride. Ended up going to shoprite. My cousin who orchestrated the trip went to file a complaint with the receptionist and manager (Amalia Cair & Murray) at the front desk, but instead of being helpful she called the cops saying that she felt 'threatened'. I can only assume that this had to do with our ethnicity since the people speaking to her included a college professor, an accountant, a baby and a stay-at-home mom. Meanwhile the person (s) smoking Marijuana a few doors down from ours got a free pass. I could go on for days about how horrible this place is. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very nice for familly trip Nice indoor water park. We stayed there for 2 days. My kids enjoyed the water park very much. Clean and beatiful hotel as I found in other reviews, with reasonable size room. Perfect restaurant. The breakfast was perfect.
