Felt like a rainforest… The only thing good was the price, but you got only what you paid for. Broken sofa bed, no pool towels, slow check-in, subpar service, broken drawers and hairdryer, a sopping wet room!!!

Best Stay Ever The room was huge and for a handicapped person with a walker spacious. The breakfast was coffee, cereal, sausages, biscuits and gravy and others and each was delicious.

Don't believe the positive ratings! Not good at all! Don't be fooled by the photos and some of the positive reviews. Please look at some of the detailed reviews of recent travelers. This may have been a decent place to stay in the past but it is very run down and it is not a clean place to stay anymore. I'm not one of those people who complain about little details and have worked in the service industry myself so I know the type. Basic cleaning and giving a damn about your customers aren't difficult but this place lacks in both. There was food left in the fridge, bathroom was dirty and beds were broken down and very uncomfortable. Trust me this is not the place to stay in Waterloo.

Great Rate I just needed a bed to sleep in and a place to take a shower. The rate of $60 per was great. The hotel was nothing fancy but was clean and the service was good. Located right off Hwy 63 so easy to find. Appeared to have a lot of constructions workers staying there.

Tremendous potential but disappointed Very spacious comfortable room but malfunctioning amenities and uncomfortable staff. Could easily be greatly improved!
