Great place to stay Nicest hotel in downtown Waterloo, Beds are very comfortable as were the pillows. The rooms are clean and the shower was very good, The bathroom is a little tight, but it is functional and has good counter space and storage beneath. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

Some Things Were Great, Some Not So Great Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and easy check in process. Breakfast staff was super nice, going above and beyond for guests. But there was a high pitch whistling sound each morning just before dawn. And the cleaning staff was pushy about getting into our room on the last day, even after we told them what time we were leaving.

Help an old geezer out. Came this year and stayed for the Waterpark. Bought passes for me and my grandkids i was visiting. At the desk there was a young man and an older lady. Sorry if i cant remember either of their names. I asked about local dining and he pulled out a map that showed recommended places to eat within a short walking distance from the hotel. He also provided a map locator of what activities there are to do. I was grateful the property had these prepared for visitors. I may check out the john dear museum. The young man took a leap to offer aid with my bags and take them up to the room. They had trolleys but it seemed they were being used at the time. The room was cold but he was able to help assist me with the heater. I came down later to ask for ice but the lady was listening to music. She took a while to notice me. The garage was very dirty and i would like to see better care of it in the future. I think its a public parking garage so it falls on the county to take care. I had requested a late check out and was greeted by the same young man who asked how my stay was. Overall my impression was very welcoming and i hope to visit again next year. Would the operators possibly offer van services for guests to and from the water park?

Rude stuff The guy at the front desk refuses to help or give you clean towels, then says bring dirty ones down when I did, he decided to hide in the back on his phone instead of helping people out. I never did get clean towels. He was very rude and didn't want to be bothered.

New nice bright hotel for great price Hotel beautiful, staff excellent, nice eating places nearby. Great beds with nice bedding and extra towels. Even though downtown! No noise to interrupt sleep.
