One of the best stays I have had in recent memory. My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Watertown Thousand Islands was one of the best stays I have had in recent memory. I am a lifetime Hilton Dimond member and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. The facility is perfectly laid out, the rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained including the pool the hot tub. The staff at the front desk were plain incredible and exceeded all of my expectations. The breakfast was perfect as well as the service. Who or whatever created this group of persons and facility should be immediately promoted, rewarded, or both. We all plan on returning and this will be our go-to hotel when we work at Fort Drum. On a side note, we found out halfway through our stay that many of the staff are Niagara University Alumni. That explains a lot. Go NU. We well be back.

Friends on Vacation Entire property very clean. Great location. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They always spoke when you walked by. We had the package that included breakfast. You could order anything from the menu you wanted. Food was very good. We had Ashley for our waitress every morning. After the first day she remembered what we wanted to drink as well as our room number. She was very friendly and attentive! Would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay for the night . We checked in late, as it was a full working day at a customer. The front desk was friendly, attentive, and quick. The room was good, comfortable, and clean. I slept great on the bed. When we got in, the kitchen had already closed, so we had gone next door to the Buffalo Wild Wings. Should have gone to iHop instead. The nice thing is there are places within walking distance to eat, and also within a very short driving distance. We didn't eat breakfast the next morning at the hotel, as we wanted to get on the road.

NOT HAPPY Room 441 - NO hot water, NO water pressure in the shower, NO washcloths - I literally had to take a hand towel in the shower to clean myself. There was freezing cold air pouring out from the windows & under heat unit. And I don't care what they have for "Hilton policy" there should be a continental breakfast for being THE most expensive hotel in the area.

Not great I was surprised to see the most expensive hotel in Watertown does not offer a continental breakfast, then when I get to my room there are no washcloths in the bathroom. There is also barely any hot water or water pressure in the shower or sink, the room was very cold and I found freezing cold air blowing in rum the outdoor walls.
