Great service! Excellence service from Marvin. He is always very nice and helpful when we check in and stay a few nights. He is always standing there with a smiling face and welcoming you in when you enter the door. He is quick to figure you out and can always make a fun joke to make you feel at home.

Nice comfortable stay at the Hampton We had a nice stay at Hampton Inn. The front desk staff were friendly and informative at check in. We booked 2 rooms for our family. Rooms were quiet which made for a good night's sleep. They were clean but a little dated. Chairs were a bit dingy and the shelves in the bathroom were starting to slant and looked like they could fall off at any time. Bed sheets were nice and comfy. The breakfast was good, if you could get any. Breakfast is supposed to last until 10am, but that's only if they decide to put any food out after 9am. Attendant was not interested in putting more food out at 9:30 for the 20 or so people that came out looking for breakfast. We came to breakfast at 9:15. It wasn't enough food prepped for our family of 4 so we made sure that the kids ate, and no one was available at the front desk to ask if more food would be put out. My husband and I had to pick up breakfast elsewhere. Overall we had a good experience, just don't bank on breakfast being there for the full time that they advertise. Check out went smoothly.

Stay someplace else First let me start by saying that when traveling we try to always stay at Hampton. This was our first stay at this location and will be our last! This location is not up to Hampton standards. The floors in hall way and by elevator were not clean. The elevator floor was also very dirty. Our room was cleaned ok except for the shower where there was hair around the drain! The shower floor looked very old and worn out! The hotel is by railroad tracks which I did not know prior to booking. Trains started running at around 6AM and needless to say were rather loud in the room. Only positive was the staff. Everyone we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. We are by no means picky people but when you pay over $200 for a room you would hope it would live up to cost!

Great hotel experience This place was fantastic! From the time we walked in the staff was super friendly and helpful. The clerk was singing and dancing and even gave us each a cookie. Our room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom equipped with quality soaps and shampoo and lotions. The bed was very warm and comfortable. I got a really good workout at the fitness center that came equipped with a full dumbell rack. The pool was clean and warm. The parkinglot is well lit and safe I would definitely stay here again!

My experience at Hampton Inn was definitely good. I recommend this hotel to my coworkers and family members. Awesome Everything was wonderful. I really enjoy this hotel. Deborah at the front desk was awesome. She was very attentive and took care of me. Any concerns I had she was right there to answer and take care of them.
