10/10 stay! Clean, tidy and perfect whilst we made our way to Niagara Falls. No concerns at all and very happy! Customer service greeted us friendly and ensured we had all information to hand. Nice room, quiet, spacious and with all amenities also. 10/10 stay!

A nice spot in central New York. Some Red Roofs have gotten an little risky but no-risk here. Room was updated and clean. No deferred maintenance issues here unlike so many we have visited. No complaints and an excellent value close to the Thruway. We stay at Red Roof because of their pet policy and make reservations with some hesitancy. We will stay here again.

Very Pleasantly Surprised We chose this hotel because we were visiting family nearby. We were skeptical about Red Roof Inns in general but this stay was a nice surprise. Everything was clean and nice and in good working order. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Jacuzzi room stay Spent the night in the jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and looks as if it has been recently painted. The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi provided a nice relaxing experience as the jets worked well and the water was plenty warm. A very nice stay considering the price point. I would suggest that the breakfast needs a "reset". However, it did not dampen our stay. A nice find.

Not smoke free! There is nothing smoke free about this place. The strong smell of marijuana day and night was horrible. I told the front desk and they laughed at me. Came to the room and sprayed and left. Waking up and going to sleep with marijuana smell in your room is disgusting!The mattresses are horrible. My back is in pain. Will never stay here again!
