Great stay! Such a great experience all the way around. Jason and Amy certainly enhanced our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed after a loooong day of driving. And it’s pet-friendly! I’d definitely recommend it! Double thumbs up!

Fair price for a good nights sleep. The Wellington location is convenient and Stacey at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just needs a little updating but for the price was a solid four stars . The area is quiet and feels safe .

Dirty room, stayed 1 night, afraid to touch anything, but bed seemed clean. The room was dirty! Picture frames were dusty and marked with fingerprints. No shelves in mini fridge. No shower curtain. No batteries in tv remote. No hand towels. Floor was filthy!! House keeper said she had swept the floor that morning. I took her broom and swept up a pile of stuff (cheerios, noodles, glass, crumbs, etc.

Good value for cost This National 9 provides pet pawrents a clean stay for good value when we chose to travel Hwy 191 through Utah into Wyoming. We also appreciate the 'drive-up' ground floor rooms this place provides. Microwave & fridge in room and is becoming a standard accommodation along with coffee pots & hair dryers. We saw pool area, not interested so didn't use, but several kids were having a fun time there.

OLD MOTEL. OWNER AND STAFF DON’T CARE ABOUT PROBLEMS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE I checked into this motel after driving 500 miles from where I was working on a forest fire. I was tired, dirty and I needed WIFI to catch up on work The room and furnishings were old but clean. Lots of hot water, but the WIFI did not work. When I went to the office and told the staff, they just said “Yeah, we know”. No apology, no discount, no nothing. I never would have checked in if I knew this was the case. When I arrived home, I called and asked that the owner call me back, before I posted a review. I have now waited a week, and nothing. Apparently he/she doesn’t care any more than the employees; which would explain everything. Not a bad old motel, but the service is terrible and some things don't work.
