Pleasant surprise Easy in and out. Clean, comfy room. WiFi worked well. Breakfast is well layed out and has plenty of options for all. i enjoyed the sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and potatoes! Staff were pleasant and smiling. Train tracks are near by so expect some train noise, was not to often. Priced well for what you get.

Dirty rooms . Hotel in need of upgrade Rooms were dirty ( rug, telephone , mirrors) . All doors needed paint . Desk chair arms where cracked with stuffing coming out Light bulbs were low watts . Room very dark Plug ins didn’t keep our charging cord in Heater so loud we could keep it on at night . Had to ask for blankets Spoke t the front desk 3 or 4 times . Their reaction was oh well . Didn’t care Breakfast had good variety. Hot food .

More cleaning needed Older property with comfortable beds. Attention to cleaning is primarily limited to the beds and hard surfaces as the beds and bathroom were well kept but the carpets and chair were DISGUSTING and in need of a good steam clean. Staff were friendly and great to deal with, and the breakfast was quite adequate.

Average but Clean I stayed at this hotel as it was in walking distance to the Wine and Food Festival at the Toyota Center. The hotel seems like it has old bones but the rooms are clean. The furnishings aren’t modern but they’re not falling apart. The best feature is the dual sink with one in with the toilet/shower and one outside that. The view is of an industrial yard which wasn’t great but I wasn’t looking for views. The breakfast is about average with your normal waffles and breads. The pool area looked pretty beat up but didn’t bother with that. Overall, this is a pretty average hotel. It’s going to do nothing to wow you, but is a clean stay for a night.

Excellent value for money Large room with everything you could need including two washbasins and an outdoor space. Welcome water and cereal bar for Best Western Members on arrival. Friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of choice available, excellent value for money.
