Quality Inn Wenatchee/Leavenworth

Stay somewhere else I’ve never had worse customer service. Arrived for check in a few minutes after 4pm and there was no one at the desk, only a sign that said they had to step away and to use the phone provided to call someone. I called multiple times and no one answered. Eventually, a young woman in an oversized hoodie popped her head around the corner and said someone would be there soon, she was just going to the bathroom. I waited more and no one came. I called out to the girl in the other to say I’d like to check in. She rolled her eyes and gave an audible sigh, and reluctantly check me in, answering my questions in a condescending tone. The room was clean but the heater only blew hot air at max speed, no matter what setting was used. I tried to call down to have someone fix it but of course, no one answered. It was either cold or super warm in our room for both days and none of us really slept well. The day we arrived, the halls and stairways reeked of urine; second day it smelled like urine and perfume. The tap took 5+ minutes of running before the water got warm. The coffee maker in our room was broken. The breakfast wasn’t anything special. There was a LOT of garbage in the parking lot. Upon check out at around 9:30am, we were hoping to voice our disappointments but as expected, there was no one at the desk to check us out. After calling a few times on the phone and being ignored, we left our keys on the counter.

Do your research - go elsewhere! Room was definitely overpriced on weekend - I should have done more research prior to booking. Shower drain didn't work, breakfast was very unappetizing, building fan must have been directly over our room as it was "on" all night and made it difficult to sleep. Woke to vacuuming right outside our room at 8:15 on Sunday morning. Very disappointed.

No pool, no breakfast, no stay ever again. Dump, we will never stay again. No pool or hot tub, down for the season, no breakfast. Blown out and you get get so sorry, all gone. Book cheap, get cheap. What a disappointment. What else is there to say, but I need 200 words, so I’m nice again what a dump.

Room was filthy. Had to go to front desk, phone not working, to have housekeeping come to clean poop of toilet seat and rim. Filthy room with no bathroom cleaning done and carpet so dirty that wife left muddy foot prints in tub from walking barefoot to bathroom. Breakfast was not bad with waffles being the highlight. Biscuits cold in with bread and lukewarm sausage gravy. Breakfast sandwiches in refer to put in microwave

Friendly and competent staff, average hotel stay The staff were good and friendly. The beds were fine. The breakfast was good, more than a lot of places at this level. We didn't get maid service when staying for two days but that seems to be standard in a lot of places these days- it was fine but we would have liked fresh towels (we could have asked at the desk I'm sure they would have given us more). The sink faucet in the room needs work- it was very hard to turn on. The hot tub was non-functional- it would have been nice to know that ahead of time but it was fine. It was an average hotel stay with good staff, thank you for your service.
