Five star property at a three star price! Luck shined on us when the local Hilton's reservation system was down. A quick Google search turned up this gem of a property. Sherrie immediately set a friendly, helpful fun staff vibe when I called. The list of her above and beyond kind deeds is lengthy during our four day stay. Her front desk team members Emma and Tyler were always cheerful. Attitude is everything and it's clear these folks love their jobs. Beyond their staffing excellence stay here for comfy beds with tons of pillows, big baths and walk-able convenience to good eats. Plus, a pool, gym , hot tubs and breakfast. Real mugs and Starbucks coffee in their pristine clean rooms. Pups are welcome too!

Great Experience The hotel is located in a great area. The hotel lobby has been recently renovated, and the concierge is great. The bathroom in the hotel rooms is in a decent layout, and also the water temperature in the shower is just great. The breakfast and pool hours are great.

In town for a wedding Very comfortable bed, rooms could use updating but overall it was a great stay . The grab and go breakfast was quite limited so we ate breakfast out both days. It's important to note so you don't expect a free breakfast.

Horrible customer service. They lost a lot of business. This place has the worst customer service of any hotel I’ve ever dealt with. We had booked with Expedia. My husband ended up with a flat tire on the way to the hotel and had to be towed home. I talked with Expedia that night they contacted the hotel who said they would cancel the reservation and refund it, Expedia ended up calling them several times and they refused to refund after that I called a few days later the lady that answered said yeah we were planning to refund that. We are just waiting for a manager to come in when she got back on the phone she said unfortunately we can’t refund it and she put me through to the GM Freda , the GM said no they told Expedia that they wouldn’t refund it and wouldn’t cancel it which was a complete lie and then he tried to tell me that I heard the lady wrong who answered the phone so in the end the GM was very rude and unhelpful. They basically said that Expedia was lying about them saying they refund it and that I heard wrong with the lady said that I answered the phone which is complete BS do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that has good customer service. We were planning to stay there frequently as we just had close family move to the area.

Average Hotel with Great Staff We were traveling as part of large group (about 90 people). This was our first stop. The rooms are nice although they are showing some wear and tear. Still, it was a good value given the price (possibly a group rate?). The staff were very helpful and courteous. The pool is interesting, two circular connected pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Skip the hotel breakfast if you have time. It was underwhelming and limited.
