Beautiful clean hotel Great beautiful hotel. We had a queen studio suite. It was great! Not huge, but still roomy. Had a kitchenette. Had a separate toilet area, which I love!! Would definitely stay here again. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. Waffles, pancakes, cereal, fruit, oatmeal. Basic complimentary breakfast, but more than most hotels. Friendly staff too. Room was spotless!

There are better options nearby I had to find a different hotel than my usual in the area because of the tennis tournament in Cincinnati that week. This place was reasonable priced, and I'm all for earning points so I went for it even though there are other hotels nearby. Well, at first look this place was kind of cramped feeling, from the breakfast area to the elevators to the rooms, everything seemed too small. Second, my room turned out to be leaking water somewhere, I could hear it dripping. It also smelled mildew-y (is that a word?), so I requested a room change, which they honored with no issue. The second room have a different odor, kind of an oily machine like smell. Not as bad as a mildew smell, so I tolerated it rather than switching rooms again. The place just seems tired and run down, not as good as I was hoping. They do have a nice kind of courtyard area in the back (that closes at 10:00pm!!). I won't stay here again, there are other options right near that I'm betting are better

Horrible Service and Dirty The hotel rooms and amenities were ok. We had 2 suite rooms for a youth national soccer tournament and stayed 5 nights. The most horrible were the staff. Super, unbelievably RUDE at the front desk and completely unhelpful about anything. We didn’t get towels when requested, and when we asked for anything, like extra blankets, they said they didn’t have any, but with negative attitude. Also, the sheets had stains and when requested to change, they didn’t change it. Everything was difficult and all the staff seemed angry and unhappy. Our check in was crazy upsetting and rude. I’ve stayed at so many hotels around the world and at many different levels and was shocked with the horrible service. Our friends from the team also complained. In fact just about everyone who stayed there at the hotel for the tournament had a horrible stay because of the staff service. STAY SOMEHWERE ELSE. there are many hotels right nearby.

Excellent room, very clean We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that was perfect. The room was clean, had dishes, cups, bowls, etc. There is a stove top and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to regulate. There was adequate sating with an actual comfy couch, desk, chairs to t the kitchen bar and even a lounge chair in the bedroom. It looks like this hotel has just been renovated as the hallway carpet was spotless. The rooms have windows that actually open with screens. they also have an outdoor fire pit. The hotel breakfast is what you would expect, adequate. We here on a Sunday, so could not enjoy the evening happy hour. Only interacted with front desk staff, but she was friendly. I did see a restaurant across the street but not a lot around. However it is a few miles to great shopping and 10 minutes to the Prime Outlets. Very convenient just off 75. I would certainly stay here again.

Pretty bad experience for a family. When we arrived in the room, there was a pair of shoes left by the last guest. When time for bed, there were no bed coverings for the pullout so I had to go to the front desk. At breakfast, my family gloved and masked up like the sign said. As my son entered, he was told, in a terrible tone, that he had to cover his cast up. Being a respectful teenager, he explained he couldn't cover the cast w the gloves provided and couldn't even use that hand. I explained he had emergency surgery Thursday night. The lady shut us both down in a rude tone. Absolutely no compassion or even common sense. I wasn't going to get anything, but my son sat down so I went to make him a plate. The lady raises her voice w me, again in a rude tone and says I must have a mask. NOBODY WAS IN THE CAFE AREA! I go to the front desk and wait almost 10 minutes for a worker to walk behind me and behind the desk to get a mask. I explained what happened and not even an apology or understanding of what happened. Next, a man from the Cafe comes to talk to me. I explained what happened and how rude we were treated. Because it was clear I wasn't going to get an apology or even understanding of the way my son and I were talked to or treated, I said I'd write several reviews. The man said, do what you have to do. So, I am. Here is the review. Later in the day, I find out the same lady made an almost 5 year old in our party cry because of the way she spoke to him. SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. This was the rudest hotel staff I've ever dealt w in my lifetime!!!
